Wild feet socks are very uncomfortable
I bought 2 pairs of ‘soft’ socks fro your Hereford shop. I tried one sock on it was extremely uncomfortable, the way the toe end was sewn was like a hard line. I took the back next day and was told they didn’t give refunds on socks because l had worn one. How else could l tell whether it was comfortable without trying them on. They cost £15.95 so a complete waste of money. I have since heard from Elts main store and they have offered me a refund. So please ignore my earlier comments

Would use again
I hate buying shoes over the internet as I can never be sure about sizing. I tried the Legero trainer in my local shoe store but found the size 4 just a bit too large. Robinelt were the only stockists I could find that had a 3.5. Their returns process seemed hassle free so I thought it worth trying.
Price was competitive, delivery was free and quick, and, best of all, the shoes fit perfectly!

Navy boots- not leather but look it
Wanted navy boots to replace my blue suede boots by Remonte. Saw these on Elts site- I only shop at Elts as they have fantastic range and always find shoes etc for me in their Hereford branch. The boots arrived very promptly with a lovely printed note signed by the packer: R Peplow. These boots are by Reiker, size 7/40 and fit well- not quite knee high but higher than calf. The calf is a bit wide for me but should take most calf widths. They are not leather however, despite the £85 price. But they are stylish and will look good with midi and knee length skirts or with jeans tucked in- great to have spare calf room for that. Great boots!

My mistake rectified by Robin Elt
