had been looking for in the online shop of this retailer - Robin Elt shoes. Simple ordering process.The communication from the store about my order and dispatch was great and felt informed. Shoes delivered safely and in good condition. Chose cheapest delivery option and so was happy to wait a week for their arrival.

Similarly to other customers who left reviews, the price for the item bought was amazing. They accepted my order but then cancelled it within 12 hours with the following message. It does not give confidence to place an order with them again:
Order #XXXX was cancelled due to the item(s) not being of saleable quality. Please accept our apologies and note that your bank shall be returning your funds within three working days. .

Brilliant! Ordered shoes which were £20 less than Sports Direct so was able to buy 2 pairs!! Delivered within 24 hours. Excellent service excellent seller. Will be ordering from them again. Lots of stock and choice of sizes.
