Worst experience and employee based on chandigarh misbehaved and talk to customer in rude behavior.

I have not seen this kind of rubbish, disgusting, fake, worst company ever, I bought an RO in august 2022, and it has been defected 5-6 times till the date I bought, I have complained but all the time they didnt give me a single service, the baddest company ever, I will highly recommend never buy any product from this worst company RO CARE INDIA

One of most fraudulent company. They take money for annual maintenance contract and never attend. Can anyone provide the contact details of their higher ups.

Ro care is not a good Kent ro service provider, in spite of many reminder for service on phone, no body came to do the service, the request is registered but no one came for service

This is sach a very very poor and ridicules service. Don’t call any one for installation and service as well. I have called for ro installation they send the technician after 6 days and the technician have no knowledge of installation. They install ro with the wrong way also charged extra amount. When I ask then his behaviour is very rude. Next day after installation ro leackege water again I have Complained but they didn’t respond 25 days again again they drop my call lots of time after 25 days when technician has come then he again charged amount. Sach a really wrost experience with ro care. I don’t recommend.

WORST RO REPAIR PEOPLE IN THE WORLD
This company is the biggest collection of scam artists in India. They claim to be a registered Pureit service provider and they are not, as I personally checked with the Pureit helpline. Their quality of service is as if someone from the road came and opened the machine for the first time. The management and technicians intentionally avoid your calls and are clearly just trying to make a quick buck and are NOT interested in helping you resolve your issues. NEVER APPROACH THIS COMPANY FOR FIXING YOUR WATER PURIFIER IF YOU WANT TO REMAIN SANE AND NOT WASTE MONEY.

We called the company to fix our Pureit Classic UV+ G2. They sent 2 technicians, Mr. Syed Jameer and Mr. Anand, to our house. They looked at the machine for a few minutes and said the main board needed to be replaced and that they had to take the machine to the service center to repair. However they gave an option to fix it temporarily so we still get water, and said they will be back to collect the machine after Eid. They handled the machine very roughly and damaged the plastic hooks in the back so it no longer sat on the wall. Their genius solution was to jab holes in the hard plastic back of the machine with a knife and destroy the hooks so the machine would hang properly. However they screwed this basic task up too and the machine kept falling off the wall.

The customers were senior citizens and they were harassed for full payment of Rs. 2700/- without a receipt. They collected the money and promised to come back after Eid for a permanent solution, and we have not seen them since. When we realized the shoddy and disgraceful work these fellows had done, we called the company. The main office had a very useless and spineless Ms. Simran Taj who misdirected us multiple times and did everything in her power to not give us a timely solution. She directed us to the even more useless area coordinator Mr. Gaurav Goswami who was the least helpful person possible and did not take the complaint seriously, falsely saying that the technicians were unreachable. This company ended up telling us that the job has already been done and that no further assistance is possible. We are in the process of taking this complaint to the government Consumer Helpline and the Frazer Town Police in Bangalore.

Conclusion: drink tap water and die early instead of fixing your Pureit at this company.

Don't take AMC from this company, fraud company. No one will visit after you take AMC even if you follow-up regularly. This is the worst service provider I have ever seen.

Worst service ever . They don't have trained service engineer.
I have requested for installing my AC, their service engineer came and not installed properly. Because of it, gas from as has leaked and it took me additional 4k charge to fill with another service engineer

The service partner installed a fake fitter kit and took 5300 for it. After changing the parts, the problem of leakage started and the water also started smelling. When I called them they didn't come to fix the problem.

Worst company ever see, they looted 3800 and still the problem is same and service centre not responding

The most unethical buisness people..attrucious service they ill harass you to the utmost limit.not at all recommended. Trust me if you dont want to loose out your mental piece stay away from them ...very unprofessional people handling there operqtions on ground.

Very werst service. I have taken the service with RO care India and after one day of repair water leakage is going on the in the RO purifire and when i call many times but he is not ready to repair. They have taken 2000 rupees after service but at the end they are not ready to rectify.

Oh these guys are such cheaters. It's my bad that I did not read their reviews online but for saving a few bucks and thinking they seem legit I decided to let them change the parts in my Pureit Marvella. The parts were not original at all and when i confronted the technician, then he was very disrespectful and started talking very bad. He tried to take the old partals with him and then I was sure that he is just a crook. Even the service center guys disconnected my call when i asked them difficult questions. This is a lesson for life.. but be vary of such crooks. This review may help others..
