THIS A FRAUD COMPANY DONT EVER PLACE A SERVICE REQUEST OR EVER TRUST THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY I PAID 9600 FOR 3 YEARS AMC AND NO TECHNICIAN CAME AND NOT EVEN ONE SERVICE DONE IF I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY TELL ILL SEND A TECHNICIAN AND IVE CALLED THE COMPANY AND WAITED FOR 4 MONTHS AND NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AND THEY SAID ILL GET A BILL ONLINE AND HAVENT RECIVED IT YET DONT EVER TRUST OR CALL THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE IF YOU BELIVE IN THEM AND INVEST YOUR MONEY GOES DOWN THE DRAIN

Worst ever company very bad service and worst staff ever very rude with customers if we contack the service provider locak area he just hungs up

Please don't consult RO care india, they are worst. They sent a technician to rectify fault in Livpure ro at my hometown in Faridabad. Problem is as usual within 2 days. After repeated complaints for 10 days, he told us to change entire filters. The technician does not know anything he is simply selling his filters by changing all filters, he does not have TDS meater also. RO care india representative always is no response on this issue.

Order booked for change of filters....due to technician incapability during change of filters, uv assembly was damaged....he just cut the water flow thru uv assembly and given direct line to filters...complained online number yesterday, but today online number was not lifting my phone....poor and worst customer service

Worest service received from RO Care India. They damaged my Pureit purifier and asked me additional money to repair the damaged part, also the parts which they replace are not genuine.

Please don't go for it. Pureit service is far better than this, atleast they are responsive and responsible and uses genuine parts.

As per my observation service and parts cost of RO care india is not lesser than the pureit, then no pointing of choosing this.

Product is good but if any problem raise between warranty period , customer service center and mechanic are not giving positively response another thing at the time of installation no any paper eg warranty card and user manual provided by company

This company is involved in fraudulent activities, the technicians who come from this are very abusive and vicious. Absolutely third grad service providers. It has to be said with great sadness that calling fir service to them is like hitting an ax on own feet.

RO care India is not providing genuine service the part which they use was fake, i have suffered a lot whenever you will call and book the service they will say we will send the technician but he will not appear at all.

they will force you to change the motor of the RO and they will take the original part and put the fake part instead of the original.
never get in the trap of RO care India.

they will put the cartridge of Rs 400 and charge you 3800 for that which is not at all genuine. worst service and worst people. be aware of them.

Fraud Company!! Same experience as many others mentioned below.. After collecting AMC they don’t respond for service.. I am gonna teach these fraudsters lesson very soon..

Pathetic service, I request not to register under RO Care..They only collect AMC amount 8 k annually and they will not respond after. We have taken and trying to connect them from last 1 month but they are not at all responding properly. ASM Sumith has assigned for our complaint and he so negligible, From past 8 days we are calling him and everyday he tells the different story. I have never seen such cheaters. I request please don't go with RO Care..

Very bad. That don't have courtesy to attend vto the customer who have taken AMC. This type of service provider should be banned from operation. Taking money and cheating.

Any senior executive reading this. Pl take action of your ground staff.

They are cheaters, they came to repair my kent water purifier, they were forcing me to change all filters inside, I denied that as I had changed all filters just few months back..
Still they changed one filter for Rs. 450 and changed smps and charged me Rs. 1250 for smps and Rs. 300 service charges.. after they left when I checked the cost of smps on kent site, same smps is available for Rs. 935 (mrp).. they took Rs. 300+ extra on one part. they are frauds, dont call them to repair anything.. they are good for nothing.

RO care India is a fraud company taking money for AMC and not providing service. This company should be listed in fraud list.

This company is only meant to make money cheating people..... Don't ever take an AMC here..... They never turn up once they get d money. Cheaters. They keep replying technicians will call tomorrow, but u will keep waiting but they will never turn up..... I hv experienced dis for a whole one year..... Not even once they hv reverted...... Worst company ever..... I wud hv given -30 as review if it wud b there in d option..... DON'T EVER INVEST UR MONEY ON THESE FRAUDS.....

After repeated complaints for 10 days, he told us to change entire filters. The technician does not know anything he is simply selling his filters by changing all filters, he does not have TDS meater also. He charged heavily around 4000 whereas ro care india sent us bill 1100, RO care india representative always is no response on this issue.

RO Care India is a fraud company. They do not give bills for the parts and service provided. They put fake parts and the service people are not certified. Please do not give order to this company

I took AMC for 2 years for my Kent water purifier Machine from RO care India but when I call for the service repeatedly they didn't send the technicians. I suspecting that they are taking MONEY from the customers and don't provide the service at all.

I have purchased Kent Water Purifier RO 4years back.The service provided by RO Care India is very good.We are using the RO very happily which means the product is working fine.I am happy to give 5 🌟 rating for overall service provided by RO Care India till date.

RO Water Purifier Service provided by RO Care India is very good. Quick response is given by the company as well as by the Engineer deputed to set right the complaint.

I never expected such a faster response for my service call. Excellent.
