Parts for a table
We didn't visit the showroom in Manchester but were in contact via phone and email. Gino and Linda were extremley helpful in sourcing the items we needed to repair the Ricochet table that hd been damaged in an accident.

The team were great
The team were great - we made an appointment ahead of our visit and someone was available to help us on arrival. We ended up leaving with an offer for a sofa, and on sharing our room details overnight the next day they sent us a visualization. This sealed the deal!

A fabulous showroom that's airy and welcoming and very well laid out, together with a wide selection of product designs, fabrics, and colours. makes the whole experience more like visiting friends.

Beautiful furniture, Excellent customer care
I had seen the Bubble sofa on a general internet search for sofas in Geneva so I had a fair idea of what I wanted when I visited the shop. Tiffen was warm and welcoming on the phone and in person, and showed excellent customer care and product knowledge. He explained the products and we spent a lot of time discussing fabric and colour options, product options and timing of delivery. The shop itself has a superb selection of beautiful furniture. I am absolutely thrilled with my final choices. I highly recommend Tiffen and Roche Bobois Rue du Rhône.

Fabulous furniture and workmanship. Very polite and helpful store personnel in Zurich. The only one detail to improve: the felt tips on the chair kegs were not to our satisfaction: they fell off and while the maintenance personnel put new tips on they still leave marks on our wood flooring. We had to find felt ones but not an ideal solution as they tend to fall off with use.

Excellent quality and innovative style
Have been buying Roche Bobois furniture for many years, started in Palma Mallorca and Harrods .
More recently Dimitris who was in Chelsea before he went to Walton on Thames has helped me furnish my new build in the Channel islands. Both the sitting room which is almost finished with just a couple of pieces to come and the TV room look great. By adding the pieces in the sitting room I’ve gradually found the style I wanted.
Dimitri has always been very helpful and charming, even calling me on his day off.
The quality of the Roche bobois furniture is excellent. In fact I shipped the original sofa armchair and some glass tables from Mallorca which were over 15 years old and still in good condition. I’m now looking forward to a new rug which is being specially made size wise to match and two lamps to arrive.

I recently visited the Walton on Thames showroom to purchase a corner sofa and chair. The staff were extremely helpful. I saw Dimitris who went out of his way to help me decide on fabrics and colours because there are so many to choose from. He even set up a WhatsApp group for me to post any concerns, which I did today and he came back to me. On a Sunday! The showroom is not open today, but he still replied. Exemplary Customer Services and such pleasure to deal with. Thank you, Dimitris. You’re a superstar!
