Return policy on shipping sucks

This partially my bad for not researching the cost of shipping a golf club. Although the return policy is good i was told that I could return the item - they don't pay shipping for returns and when i went to return it the cheapest was $75.00- By shipping it back and only getting a credit you should be able to get their price at least to ship- if they paid 75.00 to ship they would be out of business. I used to like Rock Bottom but their return policy sucks when you shake it all out.,never again -Now I have to sell the club to try and get some of my money back. If you are returning and not asking for your money back just a credit they should give you a shipping label charge you $20 bucks and call it a day. I saved the box it came in and all. Really bad return policy

Bad news

I ordered a club with 90 day playability and went to return it.Rock Bottom doesn't pay for the return shipping.Live and learn next time I'll just go to a golf course and try a club.

Most of the items were high quality at…

Most of the items were high quality at a great price. My primary issues were the limited supply in several areas (i.e. used yellow golf balls), quality issues with the FootJoy golf gloves, and lack of product with several of the men's shorts, vests, and shirts I wanted to purchase. This order was delivered fine.

Used Cleveland RTX wedge

Used Cleveland RTX wedge was in very good shape. It was delivered quickly and securely. The only negative comment I have was the failed mention of an over-size grip. That is a bit odd for hitting shots, so I will most likely have it re-gripped.
