Lied about preorder status on a TCG product once it released and market price was much higher than my original pre order price. Told me they never received the product and refunded my order, less than a week later they have it in their shop for double price. Do not support these liars
Preorder kept changing dates from october to February, customer support told me they would be sent early December but it got shipped in February. Whats immature is customer support telling me they will get back to me and never do and also still imposing your cancellation fee after an item was 4 months late than its original pre order date. Perhaps a 1 star was a bit undeserving but its unfair to have to pay a 20% cancellation fee for a pre order that was delayed for months.

Why waste your money with companies like EB Games and Popcultcha when you have Rogue Online? Every experience with the big buy has been nothing but positive. Always welcoming and always have good deals. Heaps of Funko Pops for $10, and lots of chase editions for really good prices. Went there to get a Zoro Pop for $10, and the guy did his best to find the pop even though it was a small peanut order.

I regret to state that my experience with Rogue Online has been consistently unsatisfactory and has deteriorated over the course of multiple transactions.
Over the span of three consecutive orders, I encountered significant issues on each occasion. The first two orders involved incorrect and/or damaged items, which ultimately resulted in refunds. However, it is important to note that these resolutions were not achieved through efficient after-sales service.
The third and most recent order represents the most concerning aspect of my experience. Once again, the item was received in a damaged condition, despite being sold and priced as a non-damaged collectible. Unlike previous instances, this matter was never properly concluded, as my subsequent communications were met with no response. Being effectively ghosted after a documented history of issues is both unprofessional and unacceptable.
As an international client, I find this approach particularly problematic. International customers inherently face additional complexities, including higher shipping costs, customs duties, and longer delivery times. In such cases, clear communication, accountability, and proactive customer support are essential. Unfortunately, my experience demonstrates a lack of structured quality control, inadequate after-sales support, and poor communication standards when issues arise.
While refunds were eventually issued for two of the three problematic orders, the overall handling of these matters reflects a reactive rather than customer-centric approach, with resolution largely driven by the customer rather than the seller. This is not an acceptable standard for an international retailer, particularly one dealing in premium and collectible items where condition is critical.
In light of the repeated issues, the absence of a definitive resolution for the latest complaint, and the lack of professional follow-up, I cannot recommend this retailer to international clients. A more robust quality assurance process and a more responsible approach to customer communication are urgently required.
