Even though I ordered couple of pre-order items which became available, everything went smoothly. The items arrived safely, packaged really well, and in perfect condition. You can tell they take care of their products and customers.

Customer service is always friendly and helpful when you have a question etc! and I appreciated the quick responses. Overall, super happy with my order and will definitely be back for more in the future. Highly recommend to any collectors out there!

I wanted this new Warcraft set of Pops including the special Chase Pop, only Rogue had them listed. New to this company, I did some searches and of course bad reviews always pop up first. I read past them and saw some good reviews. Considering it was large sum to purchase the set, I took a chance and pre-ordered. The items arrived today, in covers and we packed. I was so amazed and pleased I took the risk and read past the bad reviews. Rogue kept the order updated with email notifications and the items are perfect. I now have my new go to place for pop vinyl. Thank you Rogue, you are awesome.

Made a pre order (Fully paid) of a Charizard Ex box last January and up to now my order is not yet processed for shipping. So I wrote an email but got no answer after almost 10 days. When I visited their onlineshop today, Saw it is already available for Pickup at their Shop. Made an Paypal dispute and said it is not available yet in Australia but they could have explained their side with my inquiry before and yet not even a single hello was sent back as a reply. Beware for those going to order.

I’ve purchased multiple things this year and beside the times being long due to the companies like Funko taking pre-orders long in advance (which is not Rogues fault at all) everything has always shown up and with no faults whatsoever. I wish I could attach photos to prove my purchases. I enjoy buying from this store. I do already have pre-orders pending, and will be purchasing more in the future. This store is also sometimes the ONLY store in all of Australia to even stock overseas products.
