Useless

Placed an order on the 13th December. This review is being done on the 28th December and still have no items.
Placed the order with items in stock so expecting dispatch to happen in a few days. After a week nothing was done so sent an email.
Got an automated email with a tracking number a few days later that doesn’t work.
Didn’t get a response from my email so gave them another week.
Emailed them today advising either send the items express post or refund me before I place a chargeback for it.
Got an email back pretty quick telling me they are closed for the holiday period and that Australia post has also be closed during the week “obviously Christmas and Boxing Day closed but otherwise should be open as advised on the site”
I PLACED THE ORDER A WEEK AND A HALF BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND IT DIDNT EVEN GET TO AUSTRALIA POST IN THAT TIME!!
This will be the first and last time using rogue online.

Update: After the reply you gave I hope people rethink about purchasing from you especially when you call a customer stupid and other things which is unprofessional.

I did read the listing for the UPC case and it wasn’t a preorder. There was nothing in both the title or description saying it was a preorder ant the time. Obviously if it listed as a preorder I would have waited. I waited over a month for the prismatic SPC case with no issues because it was listed as a preorder.
Also my first email I sent in regards to this was on the 20th December at 2:42pm.

I hope you sit back and realised you messed up and didn’t offer any solutions.

First of all the email received today was the first we have ever received from you. The UPC Hard Stacks we're available only for preorder and arrived last week, if you have no patience and failed to read the listing then I'm lost for words........... If you want to act like a dickhead then I will treat you accordingly, Your account has also been banned from further access, as per my original response your order is with Australia Post and they are currently closed. If you are too Stupid to understand that then I cannot help you, the tracking will activate on Monday once Australia Post reopens and scan the package. For the wellbeing of all other online businesses I would highly suggest that you stick to walk-in stores.

UPDATE: Thousands of customers would say otherwise. You are under the presumption that you are an entitled special individual, on the contrary, you are acting like a dipshit and I will treat you as such, the product was clearly listed as a preorder, furthermore we had presold over 2500 units since September, preorders are processed from the oldest to the latest. We are not going to push your last minute order ahead of those that have waited months, your order was handed to Australia Post last Wednesday, just before we closed, and as I stated in the original email, they are likely swamped and it should activate on Monday when they re-open. Acting and behaving the way that you have has only ended in you being blocked from further access, I treat all of our customers with respect but you acting like the aggressive asshole that you clearly are makes me treat you in this fashion.

Always a good experience

Always a good experience. They always send out my pops fully packaged and protected, fast delivery for the items that are in stock, i have never had an issue.

Fast delivery offers local pick up and shipping. Very convenient for me as I live 10 minutes away for pick up.

Offers payment options such as zip pay, pay pal.

Very quick response via email roughly within half an hour or so.

I have purchased alot of exclusive funko such has the chase bundles. Was unable to find at other store. Didnt want to purchase through online eg Ebay or Amazon could receive fake pops.

It’s Pinky & the Brain!

Arrived mint condition
Well packed and padded
Secure in the awesome Rogue 2pk protectors (hmmm., I need a couple more of those).
They look great amongst the collection.
It’s a ‘Pinky and the Brain’ Glowing in the Dark , I mean really full-on glowing as they plan to take over the WORLD!
What’s not to love about this.

Every single time I have contacted Rogue Collectibles with a query Sia has got back to me within a very short time. My questions have always been answered and any problem I may have had is always solved. Also any Pops I buy always come in one of their fabulous protectors and I’m good condition.
