I was under the impression that Omnia is the Vatican's official ticket seller. It is not. Merely a third-party seller. Stay away. More inconvenient and more expensive than buying directly.... See more

Rude personnel, sites/transport not accepting the card; too many tourists and not able to 'skip the line' as promised. Two packages were bought in advance on line because of the length of our stay but... See more

Truly excellent! Worth its weight in gold

Truly excellent. You can’t put a price on the value of queue skipping and really super treatment. It was worth it’s weight in gold and I highly recommend to anyone travelling with the intention of seeing the sights. My son and I travelled for 3 days on all public transport, saw all the museums we wanted, hop on hop off great bus tour, and critically, jumped a 4 hour queue for St Peters in 5 minutes with our guide. We were guided to the front of the Vatican museums queue too. Invaluable time saver !

A must have

Great pass that makes travel and costing Rome so much easier. I would suggest researching where the offices are as not too easy to find. Also bus stops are not marked on the roadside so it's difficult to know where to stand according to the map but after a few trips it is easy to know where the bus will be stopping. Overall a great purchase prior to our visit as let's you fastrack Colloseum and other main sites.

Well it was a chore trying to actually…mixed feelings

Well it was a chore trying to actually get tickets to the free stuff. Never did actually. Used the Vatican tickets and the bus passes. I would try and find something cheaper if you can’t use all these things. Also using it in 3 days is a huge undertaking. Everything takes a lot more time than you think. I am glad I got it but if you look at it money wise then you won’t be ahead unless you are the type A personality with a plus

The guides are the bus need to be…

The guides on the bus need to be better trained. They are not very friendly, don't tell you to get an ear bud or tell you what to do (expect you to figure it out), they don't give information on the sites but rather tell you listen to a dull recording through earbuds. The website is misleading. I went on three of them and they were all about the same.

No bus stop signs for their buses or meeting places.

No clear signs for Omnia bus stops or meeting locations. The tour guide on the bus was rude. I would not recommend getting the Omnia card. You end up wasting a lot of time trying to find the meeting place and chasing after or missing their yellow buses.

Great

I get the fact that you have to make reservations to see some museum and monuments, but it's (sometimes) hard to respect them when you are in Rome only for few days and no crenel are available .
For the rest, the "skip the line" thing is really great.

Fake customer service

Fake customer service.
I sent two mails saying that we couldnt make it to Rome due to an injury and that we would like to change the dates. I never got any reply except the confirmation mail that my message was received and that I will get an answer asap.
Never again.

Rome made easy.

The card saved me time and money. I had expedited entrance to places at a reduced rate and access to city transit was invaluable.
