Rude personnel, sites/transport not accepting the card; too many tourists and not able to 'skip the line' as promised. Two packages were bought in advance on line because of the length of our stay but the second package was not distinguished from the first so we ran out of the perks/access within three days. Staff very unhelpful and'short' with us as if we were trying to cheat. Very expensive on that basis.Some sites were not accessible and should/could have been notified to customers in updates.

Used the pass on "Holy Week"
Used the pass on "Holy Week". Saw all that we had time for and probably would not have been able to get into the Vatican Museum without it since it was such a busy week with lots of visitors. It may seem a little pricey but well worth the expenditure.

Everything is as promised !
Everything they promised happen: skipping LONG lines, free entrance to 2 attractions, free public transport. There is nothing hidden, or not told and it makes your visit to Rome a lot more pleasurable if you have this card.

Well worth the money!
Well worth the money. Got to skip the lines on the important sites and had great access to many other museums, etc. used the bus around the city which was fun to get some information on the headphones and get around easier. Highly recommend it for anyone spending at least 2 days in Rome!
