I was under the impression that Omnia is the Vatican's official ticket seller. It is not. Merely a third-party seller. Stay away. More inconvenient and more expensive than buying directly.... See more

Rude personnel, sites/transport not accepting the card; too many tourists and not able to 'skip the line' as promised. Two packages were bought in advance on line because of the length of our stay but... See more

Same troubles with the entrance on the Vatican Museo because the taxi driver bring us directly to the entrance and not to the office. Why we must go to the office before uns than walk 1,5 km? In my opinion must be possible go directly.
Other negative point ist the bad situation from the speakers on the Omnia Buses. In many positions don’t work!!!

Hi...we don't think the card saved us money in the end. It was expensive and a bit of a fiddle to have to pick up from the designated pick up point ..as it was too late to have it posted to us. We did fall unlucky in tbe days we were in Rome as they coincided with a Sunday when there is free access to a lot of sites and then the Monday a lot of the sites were closed. The bus card did prove useful especially as there was very heavy rain most days.

Everything worked out as promised on…

Everything worked out as promised on the promotional materials - the Omnia on-off bus was helpful as our hotel was close to the train station and the bus route was close to many of Rome's attractions. Also, it was a very helpful way to gain quicker access to the Vatican museum and St. Peter's. I will probably use the service again on any future trips to Rome.

Great Package

The Monica card allowed for us to see the highlights of Rome at our own pace and leisure. Great guide for independent travelers.

The card was great

The card was great. Saves time with queues and got us around easily. Only gripe was it wasn’t clear that the train to the airport wasn’t included, got stung with a €60 fine each for not having a valid ticket.

Don’t know why people moan about these…perfect way to see Rome..

Don’t know why people moan about these cards.....would have really struggled without them. I bought them before our trip and they were posted to us within a few days. With regards to the Vatican, it allowed us full access plus beating the queues. We chose to pay and extra 8€ for a guided tour which was perfect as I think we would not have found our way round otherwise. The hop on hop off bus gave us an overview of the city and, obviously, we could please ourselves where we got off and got on. Easy to do, once you had the latest guide from the bus itself. The Rome card was really useful for travel once you got the idea of which bus goes where! All in all a really good experience. A few tips...watch out for pickpockets...my husband had zipped pockets and they still managed to open his zip...but he twigged and saved his wallet! Also, there are loads of beggars, as much as you may want to help them, try to resist, because they keep bugging you! Another thing, there are loads of men dressed as Romans, they sidle up to you, see if you want a picture taken, then charge you a fortune.

This was the best deal

This was the best deal! We got the Omnia pass along with the Roma pass. The guide at the pass pick up location was so helpful in letting us know how to optimally use our passes and made our appointments for visiting the sites. Would definitely recommend this to anyone if they want to get the best deal for their money, along with plenty of help for a great vacation.

Good value for money

Bit difficult to find the meeting points. The tour bus trip could provide more info re. sights.
It is a fantastic value and it is very convenient to get all sightseeing highlights in one package.

Worth every penny

Worth every penny, especially if you are only in Rome for a few days. Saves time standing in line to enter the most popular sites, giving you more time to see everything. Also has the benefit of being able to use to get around Rome on undergound, buses & trams. Highly recommend.
