I bought a CRUZ set of roof bars for my car from The Roof Box company 6 weeks ago. They arrived on time.
I needed to contact them as I had managed to loose one cover on the first journey. This was entirely my fault. I emailed The Roof Box company and to my absolute surprise they sent me, as a one off gesture , a free cover.
All emails have been professional, friendly, positive and empathetic. THEY WERE FABULOUS. Laura is a top girl👌👍👏.
The product is absolutely brilliant. It's wing shaped design cuts out the usual Roof bar noise. It was silent and clearly would help enormously with fuel economy. TOP END PRODUCT.
All in all, dealing with The Roof Box Co has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The after sales support from the Roofbox Company is superb. I purchased a bike carrier from them that had a fault and they sent out a replacement the next day. The communication with them was excellent.

Last Monday I discovered a problem with a seized mounting foot on an Atera roof-rack I bought back in about 2016. I was provided with a cost effective solution that enabled me to solve the issue on Tuesday. This was quite important because the roof-rack was otherwise still in very good condition, I needed to use it on Friday and I was reluctant to replace it expensively by buying a new one.

This is a company that is proud to provide good old fashioned service. No hanging on the line listening to music. You are answered promptly and your query dealt with with proper care and attention. And their products and prices are very attractive.

I received amazing pre-sale advice from Roofbox which gave me to confidence to spend ~£400 with them on a towbar bike rack. When parts started falling off said bike rack after a handful of uses over a period of 3 months they simply didn't want to know. 0/10 for after sales service. Will be avoiding them in the future

Updating this as customer service got in touch to put things right. I hope this reviews improves others experiences in the future.

This company has been amazing and have great pricing for brilliant products. Their customer service is awesome, and no I don’t work for them, or know anyone who works for them. I lost a part of my roof rack, having tried numerous places to find a replacement, These guys came up trump's. In a matter of day's these identified the part from the photo I sent, with a link to order the part. Not did they manage that the was delivered two days early. Thanks guys.

I just purchased some roof bars. They arrived in just a few days. Very efficient service. Quick response to my email. The bars fit my 2010 Toyota Auris perfectly and seem really good quality, clear instructions. 10 out of 10. Thanks

Ordered drop down cycle carrier for VW van , arrived very promptly and well
packaged.
Discovered that after having towbar fitted the cycle rack was not model required. Contacted The Roofbox company and explained the problem. They were very helpful and suggested an alternate model and that they were happy to exchange under the 90 day return policy. All went smoothly and the replacement rack is perfect. Very happy customer, and can highly recommend their customer service.

A few Sundays ago, I was looking for a tow bar mounted bike rack and my search for a Buzz Rack took me to the Roof Box company. I placed my order for the rack I’d decided upon but a few hours later I decided to change to an alternative Buzz rack. I emailed the sales team not expecting any response as it was a Sunday but wow, late in the evening I was advised my order had been amended as per my email. Delivery was scheduled for the following Thursday but the delivery arrived 2 days earlier. Everything was well packaged with minimum assembly.
Cannot fault the Roof Box company for communication and service.
The Buzz rack I ordered has now been used a couple of times and it’s excellent and comparing the price of other racks it’s a steal.

We didn't know which roofbox for our car, rang several times, very helpful and patient on telephone, very swift exchange (because I forget to measure the garage!)

What a great company. Ordered a Buzz rack carrier with free strap and also ordered a light board. Delivery date was given as Monday and everything turned up on Thursday, very well packaged and very presentable.
The rack was very easy to fit and is amazingly secure on the removable tow ball. Would recommend this product for its design, construction and ease of use.

When I opened my order there were a couple of parts missing. I contacted the company and received replacements the next morning! Very happy with the level of service.

I ordered a set of roof bars with fixing kit. They are really good value for money, I’m really pleased with them. Items dispatched and delivered on time and well packaged. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Dropracks ... Ordered Thursday damn well arrived the next day ... Absolutely Awesome. Rang 3 times for various Q's and then made the order via the phone. Customer service simply spot on no issues.
Easy to put together and carefully installed on the Bolly Bus.
Meticulously set it up very easy via utube clip and paper directions and worked perfectly.
So many types and variations on the market, some dedicated for Kayaks and Canoes.
However Dropracks seemed the most versatile and the XL versions allows me to get 2 Toys onboard or Large Roof Box Bike Rack and will need to try the Kayak on J mounts.
Ok not cheap by any standards, but for me will be totally indispensable as I get older which I am already.
The overall quality is amazing and the price reflex this, the joints look so over engineered and all the articulations look solid, I like the way they have used a large cambelt type system to maintain timings on the arms and the way that’s put together is also impressive.

Made contact with this company as I was unsure exactly what roofbox & fittings to order. The person I spoke to was very helpful, checked on my vehicle details. They confirmed that I had been looking at the correct product.
The package I purchased was very reasonably priced & delivery was the next day, which in my opinion makes them an excellent company to deal with, no hesitation in recommending them.

The strap on my Buzzrack bike carrier wasn't long enough to fit round the down tube on my ebike, unfortunately it was an earlier model and they didn't do a spare part long enough. The young lady I spoke to at customer services was very helpful and advised me that a Fasty Strap would work and would solve the problem. I took her advice and ordered one at 10 am on Monday and it arrived at 9.15 am by first class post on Tuesday. Excellent service, highly recommended

Bought a roof top box and rails as a set which made it a much better and cheaper option for what I wanted. Stupidly over tightened one of the feet on the rails - contacted the site asking if there was any way I could buy just one replacement instead of the four that were available to buy. Had a response rather quickly where they had added a link to the website where they made it possible to buy a single replacement. Purchased it that day and was delivered the following day just in time for my holiday. Fantastic customer service and helpful.

I purchased some roof bars from here, which clearly didn't fit. The tent box organisation I spoke to advised me not to use them. The Roof Box Company told me that they were safe and would fit - but the fit was a fudge and unsafe according to the advice I received. I have raised this with them but they refuse to listen, won't respond to my messages and it cost me 25% of the purchase price to send them back. Won't be using them again.
