Bought a roof bar kit for my car from this company and I'm well pleased.
Arrived quickly and with full fitting instructions which made the job easy.
The bars are of excellent quality and really robust, they're also a fraction of the price of other so called "premium" brands!

I ordered a bike rack from The Roof Box company and the product is fine. Delivery was pretty poor, to say the least. Despite selecting delivery instructions from the drop down menu on the website my item was delivered to the wrong building and abandoned out in the open having not been signed for or even left with anyone.They even made up a fictitious signature. I did not receive any notification that my item had been delivered and spent all day waiting for it. The tracking info later showed that it had been delivered, but only gave the name of a town for the location, a town 40 miles away! I called the roof box company who described the pictures they could see on the tracking info and I was able to narrow down where I thought they may have left it. After having to seek approval to view the near by CCTV and then approach an individual who had ‘moved’ my item, not to mention half a day of my time, on top of the previous day spent waiting, I found the bike rack.
Now, all of this is one thing but what really erked me was The Roof Box Company’s complete disregard for the situation or the trouble I had been put to by their chosen courier.
I would strongly advise not purchasing an expensive item from this company as there is a very good chance that the same will happen to you as once The Roof Box Company have your money they couldn’t care less what happens. Just go to one of the other suppliers, easy!

The roof bars are OK. But built to a low price and don't feel very secure as they flex on the mountings more than I like. The car (Kia EV6) doesn't have roof rails so the fixings are a compromise with clamps that tighten onto the roof edges in a way that leaves them a bit wobbly. I tried tightening them further but it stripped the screw thread and necessitated a replacement. For me, I needed to carry a kayak locally at low speed but I wouldn't want to go far or fast. There could also be an expensive question mark over what might happen if I tried pressing the sunroof button. Overall, fair enough for what I needed but no real faith in the design. However, I have no problem with TheRoof Box company regarding delivery which was efficient. Overall, my fault for buying the cheapest!

I had lost some rubber pads from the first set of bars I bought. On my second purchase I asked about replacement. All sorted with the help of Laura. She has gone out of her way to try to include them in my next delivery. Prompt and efficient, great service

Bought cruz rood bars for my Skoda Elroq.Arrived promptly and and all post- delivery enquiries dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner. I am not naturally good at DIY but did manage to follow the instructions and video clips to successfully fit the bars. Very pleased with them.

I am absolutely thrilled with my Uebler 2 bike tow bar carrier suited to tailgate vans. What an incredible piece of kit. Superb quality and so easy and hassle free to fit. Significantly better than anything I have owned before.

Well roof box company you’re delivery service is great ha hai ordered roof bars on wed 6th at 13.08 paid express delivery tracked them for 2 days saying it was coming Thursday between 3.30 and 5.30 no show then said it was coming today same time tracked never landed I neede the roof bars for a holiday Monday that’s why I paid express delivery all I can say is very poor using cheap couriers and charging top rate for no service I’ll have to go to Halfords now and buy a set and god now’s when I’ll get a refund don’t use this company coustermer service only open mon to Friday 9-5 so I won’t get any contact until Monday thanks a lot

Ordered a Thule fitting pack for a set of existing roof bars and the item was despatched promptly and arrived safely. I did have a query regarding the pack and the time of despatch so contacted The Roof Box Company by telephone for advice. My call was answered promptly and the friendly operators were able to resolve my requests immediately. Happy to recommend

I've been a customer of the Roof Box Company a couple of times (different cars!). We've had to contact them a few times, to ask questions or get support, and they've always been prompt, polite, patient and really helpful. Their stuff is good value and has a good selection, but their real differentiator is great customer service. Would definitely use them again.

If there was 10 stars available, this company and their customer service staff would deserve every one of them. Never have I had such a positive experience with any company than this. Laura in customer service is an absolute godsend. I would recommend the roof box company to anyone looking for anything regarding accessories for outdoor activities that this company provide. THE best.

Great service from start to finish. The website was clear and easy to navigate, very useful whentrying to work out what would best suit our needs. Roofbox delivery was super speedy and with me within a couple of days. Thanks to all concerned. Would definately recommend.

I ordered a single Thule roof bar and paid extra for next day delivery to my office address which is open from 7.00am - 7.00pm. I got an email saying it had been delivered but it hadn't, then I got an email saying it was out for re-delivery still didn't arrive. I ended up going to Halfords to buy one as I needed it for a camping weekend. It finally arrived totally battered several days late. Roof Box company arranged to collect before they would refund. They gave me a date to collect except they went to my home address and not the office address. They finally collected some 11 days ago and I still haven't received a refund despite assurances that it would be sorted in 2-3 days. I have phoned again today and their excuse was there is a backlog in refunds, which is not surprising based on the service. I still await to see if my refund will appear. Steer clear of this company, customer service and the courier service is very, very poor.

Have used the roof box company for over 20yrs, from originally hiring a box and bars to buying one (they refunded my hire charges) and subsequently replacing roof bars with each new car purchased. Rapid despatch and amazing customer support. Can't recommend highly enough.

I’ve used this company twice now and they are excellent to deal with. I had to use customer service the first time, they were very quick to respond and very helpful. Quick delivery too.

100% Credit to Steve who went the extra mile for me today. I needed some Thule U bolts as quickly as possible. He did everything in his power to make sure I received them the following day (Saturday) He even took the parcel to the DPD depot so it would catch the next shipment out.
If you are reading this review. I would if at all possible give more than 5 stars.
I would not hesitate to use Roof Box UK Bristol again. Steve was pleasant and extremely helpful. 10 out 10

Outstanding customer service. How many companies actually put "Need Help? Contact us!" on the front page of their websites these days - almost none. Most hide the link and make it almost impossible to actually speak to someone. I contacted them today, was able to get through straight away and the person I spoke to was polite, helpful and knowledgeable (thanks Hattie!).
This is the second set of roof bars I've bought from this company and have been really happy with the service both times - highly recommended.

Purchased a few items from the roofbox co. over the years. Most recently two new bike carriers and accessories. Extremely impressed with next day delivery, overall good price and well packaged. Couldn’t ask for more so credit where it’s due.

Recently purchased my new roof bars from roofbox company. I did have one issue not their fault was a manufacture fault with part of my order a couple of pieces missing. But with one phone call one email I literally had new parts out to me within two days. I highly recommend this company as you can speak to them as well as email overall experience was great even with a problem they made it so easy. It was not a problem at all for them. Great service. Highly recommend. And great prices too.
