What a company, fantastic service.
I purchased a Buzz rack e bike rack from them and can not believe the quality and ease it went together with.
I can not rate this product enough.

Great company to buy from - lots of updates and speedy service. The best bit though - even 12 months after purchase of a dog car crate, their customer service was fantastic in helping me with a missing part that I hadn’t realised at the time….not many companies would go the extra mile like they did 👍🏻👍🏻

Just very recently bought a Yakima cycle carrier and some Thule roof bars from Roofbox. Firstly, the service as always was First Class. Secondly, the Yakima cycle carrier is amazing, far exceeds what I hoped for.
Positive points
-The rack is so stable and easy to use
-The cycle carrier can be put on and off The roof bars so quickly it’s amazing
-It take normal quick release axles or through axles in such a simple secure way

There are no negative points at all!

I can totally recommend this cycle carrier!

Can not fault this company at all. Ordered new roof bars and few weeks ago and the order was missed by accident. Emailed them and replied almost instantly. We're really helpful and refunded delivery fee and gave me next day express delivery at no extra cost.

The product it's self was great and exactly what I needed.
Did have an issue with the wind noise but after few emails back and to and few pics sent, the staff memeber I was talking to came back to me with what is potentially the problem and have sent out the small bit off rubber required.

Would definitely recommend this company, can not fault them and will use again in future when we change our cars.

I recently had a cause to order products for a German roof box. With no apparent agents in the UK I turned to google and the Roofbox company was there. With one phone call I was able to explain what I needed. The lady (if I'm allowed to say such things) on the phone gave me thorough confidence in she knew what I needed. With a swift payment over the phone and two days later I got exactly what I needed. I tried the product and yes exactly right. Thank you, in a world of on-line potential chaos you delivered.

In a modern society of click through and online ordering, what sets The Roof Box Company Apart in my experience is the customer service at the end of the phone, can't fault it, always helpful, don't oversell, take time to understand what you needs and are brilliant at delivering what they say. Products are great and last the test of time. Buy with confidence.

I ordered a Thule rear carrier and needed it delivered ASAP. Roof Box Co had the full range at a great prices and next day delivered with DX. It arrived as promised and I couldn't be happier. Top marks.

Date...Approximate : Roof box was fine...but very difficult to open.
Contacted the company to fix the issue...thinking they would arrange a speedy exchange.
Instead I was put through to a chap who started off by telling me I wasn't. trying to open the box properly!!!
You turn the key and lift...straight forward...normally...but this unit was faulty. Eventually got through to a lovely lady who not only arranged a replacement but suggested an upgrade at no extra cost. the new box didn't have any hitches at all. Perfect for the job intended. Thanks RBC...In the end.

These guys are the best in the business. I’ve got a car that whilst not special it’s pretty rare (not a popular car I guess….) The roof box company not only had what I needed, they did a great package deal, and when they arrived the fitting instructions were really clear and it worked! Slightly short rubber T Slot filling strip sorted immediately.

Great customer service and staff really know their stuff. I've bought roof bars, roof box, bike racks and snow chains from here. Also swapped some Thule lock barrels for free which they didn't have to do. I've spoken on phone for bits of advice on various product and it's clear the staff really know what they're talking about. Even if you could could save a few pounds at a generic online store I would choose these guys to ensure you get the right product and that there is proper customer service if needed.

Quick delivery. Good price. Fast response to emails.
If you buy Thule products make sure you take advantage of the key matching service. V easy to use. (My Volvo roof bars were made by Thule - might be the same for other cars.)

I ordered a car boot box ,totally got measurements wrong, box did not fit ,spoke with roof box and explained, they were so helpful,they arranged to pick up wrong box [for a small fee] and delivered the correct one with in 2 days .. excellent customer service 10/10 it's getting rare to get good customer service now ,so keep it up, many thanks David Gardiner

Just bought my 5th car boot liner from these guys.
Don’t even bother looking elsewhere anymore.
I know what I want and this kit is bomb-proof and each one is a perfect fit!!
Each one has lasted longer than the car and has been gifted to another owner when traded in (Sorry!).

They sorted me out with a pair of snow socks at very short notice. They snow socks were very useful and did exactly as desrcibed on their website.

I bought a roof box and rails as a gift for Christmas.The service I received was amazing.It was great to get sound advice from a real human being on the end of the phone.She listened to the experience that I had had from another company and took on board what I was telling her that I needed and came up with a couple of solutions,one of which was perfect.The items were with me within 2days.The items I purchased are excellent quality and were easy to fit.I am delighted with the overall experience and having that personal touch made all the difference.Thank you so much for showing much larger companies how it’s done.
