Excellent service and great value. It was a great experience for me and I strongly recommend them.

Working with RoomLab to create our bedroom was such a good decision! We were pretty much starting from scratch and the designer and the technology made it really easy to create a super stylish look. We can't wait for all the furniture to arrive so we can see it in real life.

RoomLab have been really amazing. The designer Melody was so friendly and interpreted our needs perfectly. The final design was beautiful and exactly what we were after. An issue with a supplier meant we had to call on RoomLab for some after care. Alex was so helpful, nothing was a problem for him and he has worked really hard to resolve the issue. I can’t recommend this company highly enough and should I need interior design services in the future I won’t hesitate to use RoomLab again.

It’s been great working with our designers to create beautiful spaces for our new home. So far we’ve completed one package for our living room and it’s coming together as each piece arrives. The result (still work in progress) is far better than we could have imagined. We have 3 more rooms currently in the design phase and can’t wait for them to come to life. I deducted one star as I’ve found communication inconsistent. But overall I would recommend RoomLab!

We absolutely loved working with RoomLab. Melody our designer was brilliant. Just one of the ideas that she gave us made the service worthwhile. Add to this the ability to order with a discount means that RoomLab deserves to be the next big thing! The customer care support from Alex has also been outstanding. We thoroughly recommend this service.

Nicole Wilson was assigned as the interior designer to help me revamp my dated and tired open-plan lounge. Nicole was amazing to work with; she carefully listened and listed my requirements and took these away to work her magic. Through weekly calls, she used her creativity and experience of knowing the right furniture sellers, to slowly but surely develop a design for my lounge that would give it a perfect traditional/contemporary finish.

I'm so grateful for Nicole's expertise and guidance; she has an eye for detail, she's creative, and she really does deliver a great interior design service. Well done to Nicole and the team at Room lab!

RoomLab was easy and quick to communicate with. They did a great job with the interior design of my bedroom and open plan kitchen/living room. Great price / value and they helped with the ordering and return of items as well. Overall highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience with RoomLab and I would highly recommend this company. Nicole was an absolute rockstar. She listened to every single thing I said and made the process so easy for me. We worked together on a project for a new interior with RoomLab specifying our lights for the project. The communication with Alex and his team has been very clear, professional and fast.

Unfortunately the presentation did not result in our lights being used for the project so cannot give any more feedback and is why I cannot give 5 stars but first impressions are very good.

RoomLab helped to finish our lounge and gives us a " classy" feel. I was very happy with the mini project and the professional advice I received from the designer I worked with. She was very responsive to my concerns and ideas.

I’ve just had a couple of rooms done with RoomLab. They were a treat to work with - very supportive and available throughout the process. We even made a nice saving by buying the furniture through them. Hope to be back later in the year!

We wanted to refresh our hall and staircase giving it more of a wow factor. Although only a redecoration, we weren’t confident to choose paint and wallpaper that would give the space a more dramatic look yet blend in well with our current furnishings and suit the room. RoomLab’s model of providing support was exactly what we needed. Alex matched us with Melody who was an excellent resource to provide ideas and be a sounding board as we worked through different looks and any concerns. It was very easy to communicate through the website and Melody was very responsive.
We would definitely use and recommend RoomLab again for similar projects. It’s an excellent resource for people like us who need that added support and advice of a professional without requiring a full interior design service.

We used RoomLab to upgrade our living room and received very good service. Right from our first chat with Alex, all the staff were very responsive and extremely professional. Our designer (Peggi) was engaging, visualised easily what we wanted (a family room but that also looked "grown up"), and extremely quick with turnarounds. Using RoomLab also encouraged my husband and me to really look at what we wanted, spend some time browsing Pinterest, and made us have conversations about our living room - something we routinely ignored in the larger everyday-ness of life. We had a lot of family upheaval in the time RoomLab were working with us, but they were extremely patient with our constant delays in getting back to them, and accommodated our personal challenges very professionally. We would highly recommend them!

For me, I think one of the hardest things to do is to let go of control and trust someone else to put something together. It is also essential to give the designer the most precise picture you have including colours, inspirations and be brave. Also, remember people, designers are not mind readers (erm apart from my wife!),

This is a fabulous service for helping you plan the redesign of a room. My designer (Melody) was able to translate my requirements into a style board better than I could have imagined. She came up with multiple options to help me visualise the style and layout I wanted. She was very responsive. I would also highly rate Alex as customer service lead - very responsive to my previous concerns and a highly personalised service

I had exactly the help I wanted from the designer, Melody, in pulling together a bedroom design using existing furniture and decor. She understood my brief and worked well with my preferences and budget. I will use them again.
You have to be prepared to execute the ideas back at home but Roomlab were very helpful in placing orders and arranging deliveries .
I used the mini- package so it was certainly a very economical way of using interior designers so I would recommend the process to anyone who is happy to work preparing an initial brief and using websites and the phone as with these prices a site visit is not feasible .
