Worst people to deal with. They are happy to take your money but not willing to help in any sort. When they needed to take order from us they would call everyday but once kitchen is fitted, they don't want to be bothered by asking them any help. Avoid. Lady refused to give me her name despite me asking few times. She answered the phone and was addressing me as darling and when the situation turned into something difficult to deal with and I informed her I would contact office of fair trade and ombudsman, she refused to give her name and she started addressing me as madam. Unprofessional and they don't care about their customers.
Worst part is if anyone noticed is that anyone who has posted a negative review, it seems the owner who perhaps has or doesn't have any knowledge of what happened he or she simply replies as fake review or it's a lie. It's time to get real, we are in 2021 and scams or robbing people I think would really work in your favour. It's our hard earned money which you guys think you can simply rip off and tag as fake or lie.

Beware of this company!! after they receive your deposit they do not want to know and there customer service is ludicrous staff are very rude Themis argued with me when I complained about my fridge being damaged with attitude they made a unit too big around fridge freezer which was admitted there mistake then want to charge us to fix it for an extra plinth with complete garbage to get out if it the workmanship was really bad however once pointed out and inspected it was resolved but still to a bad finish after spending over 11k not happy at all.. the builder did not even know half the work involved.

We would recommend Roomsense Kitchens, our kitchen is now everything we dreamed of.
Fitter Steve Martin, was very hard working, friendly, helpful, clean and tidy and came up with some helpful advice and suggestions.
We could not praise him highly enough.
Now enjoying a wonderful kitchen.
Have also recommended Roomsense to Friends and Family.

Great from start to finish and in time for Christmas. Would highly recommend although it took longer than I anticipated cannot fault the end product!!!

One year on and we're still very happy with the kitchen fitted by room sense. Sales team were helpful and reassuring.

When getting your kitchen do confirm decisions over email, we made so many changes over time and it was confusing for staff and us to remember who said what.

Fitting was really helpful and worth the money. We had a great price match as well from Wren.

Not quite 5 stars because we did have some delay in getting pictures redone at the start, so had to chase a little there. I suspect too much is expected from one person.

Hello,
My kitchen was done by Roomsense company, last month (October).
My biggest mistake was to choose this company.
They have charged me a lot, over 14000 pounds for a small kitchen unit, worth 6000 pounds as valued recently by an independent company.
They are very unreliable, they do not answer your calls or your emails, and were extremely unclear about things including how much they charge from the beginning.
I am going to pursue this matter further.

Let me Share some videos with you, we bought our kitchen in June, we are now nearly October, here’s what they can do. NO customer service. No design intelligence, we spent £6.5 K with them and they knew our new build extension would be another £20K kitchen but meant nothing. Ian Reeve in Chestnut is useless. I give up , I have been waiting months for a fitter to come out and fix the design error where apparently the fix is “ to screw the screws in at 45 degrees “ - no strength there then. Funnily enough now. Cannot upload my videos - says it all really.

Hmmmmm , very aggressive response within a small timeframe, no apologies, no discussion about the months I’ve been waiting, no mention of sending the wrong magic corner fittings, no mention of the umpteen messages not returned, no mention of the phone calls saying “I’ll get back to you on Monday” but by Thursday nothing. No mention of the crap design that has meant our two simple cupboards now have to be three just to get the doors open. I have been in business for more than 30 years and I know how to treat customers. You obviously don’t, Please send me the contact details of your Managing Director via the public Trustpilot platform. Also please
allow me to upload videos, these will include the original plans your designers gave me and what is in situ. My builders followed your plans, this will illustrate your design ineptitude. Dr Jane Jeffers

Also I cannot believe your attitude about the fundamental design flaws around your 300 larder unit. Let’s do a video for your website illustrating the procedure shall we, maybe not involving 45 degree screws as a cop out????

Excellent with no pressure service.
Can’t fault them at all. Everything from initial meeting to design reviews and fitting was so easy. They pitched in with some great ideas to allow us to maximise and utilise the space. Great range of products and top quality. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Many thanks to our designer for all the attention put into helping us put together our kitchen, it took a while but it was worth it. Now that it is in, we are very pleased with the style and functionality, it works great in all the ways we hoped. The installation process was pretty seamless with very few issues that were quickly resolved, and thanks also to the project manager and fitters who all did a great job. We are very happy with our new kitchen and would definitely recommend Roomsense Kitchens.

Our kitchen designer was extremely talented, professional and patient, especially with the many alternative designs I kept asking to see. We eventually went for the Pendle shaker in a monsoon colour and quartz Carrara worktops. Everyone involved kept in regular contact with me and they all explained each stage of the process. Our kitchen fitter wasn’t very fast but was meticulous. Took a little bit longer to fit than we initially thought but I cannot fault his is attention to detail or the quality of his work. As a result our kitchen looks beautiful and everyone comments on how great it looks. 5 Stars for quality and 5 stars for value.

I now have a new kitchen, designed and fitted by Roomsense. The product speaks for itself the build quality is excellent. I am happy with the service both before, during design & installation phases and after sales. My experience has been of an outstanding and highly professional team in the showroom that also extends out to the kitchen fitter. The design met all of my requirements and expectations, the designer's patience and attention to my ever changing requirements made for an extremely stress free experience. Everything was completed on time and to a very high standard. I can not praise enough the quality of the people working at the showroom they were professional, friendly flexible and creative.

Great experience from start to end.
Great experience from start to end starting from the point of designing, decision making, delivery and help during installation. Our designer was very helpful in designing the kitchen the way we wanted it and also helped us with a few other decisions around the open plan design. He is a very talented designer and happy to help.

Having seen a few kitchen companies, and had designs and quotes drawn up, Roomsense design, quality and value in our opinion was better.
Calls made to the sales office were always promptly returned. Our experience was made all the easier by the quality staff they employ.
The salesman-designer that came out to see us was very professional. There was no pressure selling and he was excellent at communicating and very experienced at his job. The fitters were methodical and nothing too much trouble.
Quality company and quality product. Seem to have got things right in our opinion.

I love my new kitchen. It is gorgeous!
We had designs and estimates from a few other kitchen companies and found the whole process hard work and worrying.
Thank goodness we found Roomsense. Their kitchens are beautiful and made the other kitchens we had viewed look flimsy and badly finished. Our whole experience from start to finish through design, estimate and fitting became an absolute pleasure. The showroom staff, kitchen fitters and worktop fitters were professional and attention to detail refreshing. A lot of companies could very much benefit from their level of customer care.
All in all I can’t praise them enough.

This company is amazing - they did everything I asked and more. The attention to detail and overall experience was excellent. Very trustworthy and 100% professional from start to finish. Good communication and also excellent after sales !! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Timed perfectly for delivery - installation - and workmanship from the fitters is exceptional.

I have used these for a kitchen in my previous house. Was very impressed with that so used again for the new property. Also had a fitted bedroom too.
