Altogether excellent
At every stage in the process Roomsense has proved to be an outstanding company. Andreas’s ability to make our plans into a realistic design, and Steveo skill in turning those plans into reality, have given us a most beautiful kitchen. In addition they have an excellent and delightful team of supporting plumbers, tilers and electricians. We are thrilled with the result.

Fabulous looking kitchen - Terrible aftersales service!
The Sales Man / Designer is a joke and has very teflon coated shoulders. Terrible design mistakes made in my kitchen that he should have EASILY realized considering they are his designs!

The aftercare has been pretty shocking too. 2 weeks on and still missing a plinth for over my in-built microwave, I have a cupboard door that doesn't open properly because a design oversight, and now I also have an issue with a seal on the oven door. Surprisingly now they've had my money they are not really that bothered!

The fitter they had provided was unfortunately taken ill, but thank god for the guy he subsequently hired.I think otherwise my '5 day' kitchen would still be going now into its 5 week!

Great Service from start to finish, let the fitters in every morning came home after they were gone every night and kitchen completed without me having to chased for anything

I am an interior designer who’s client chose a kitchen from Roomsense. After having a disappointing design consultation where many requests were denied my client was pressured into a ‘one time offer’ that would expire if not taken up there and then, although the same offer was still available months later.
On delivery, the worktop was missing and 3 of the draws needed to complete the kitchen. The drawings that accompany the kitchen are old fashioned and hand drawn in pencil and make it very difficult to follow as nothing is numbered or marked up.
Thanks he service that my client paid extra for - for someone to come and build the units was done haphazardly and every screw had to be tightened by my builders.
When corresponding with Roomsense their lack of apology and acknowledgement of their mistakes was very frustrating.
We then discovered that they had sent the entirely wrong kitchen!
The missing items didn’t arrive when they were suppose to on two occasions and again, when speaking to the office direct instead of an apology I was told that it was ‘out of their hands and not their fault’ blaming the 3rd party courier company instead of trying to fix the problem.
At every turn I have been disappointed and utterly dumbfounded by their lack of professionalism and courtesy towards me and my client.
For £6000.00 the kitchen is not what we ordered, not worth the money, and put the entire build behind a very tight schedule putting costs up elsewhere.
I would never recommend this company and urge you to do your research about them before signing on the dotted line.

We recently had a new kitchen installed by ROOMSENSE kitchens and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

We were guided through the design process and given great advice at each stage by Tony the designer, who was so patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Steve who fitted the kitchen was amazing. He worked his magic and the end result looks amazing.
If you are thinking about having a new kitchen installed I would urge you to use this company. You won't be disappointed

Absolutely love my new kitchen

I absolutely love my new kitchen, fantastic quality at a good price. We were given plenty of time and advice in the showroom and always replied to emails promptly. We went through several designs and They were happy to take our ideas on board and run with them. Can’t recommend them highly enough - brilliant.

The whole experience was stress free from the start when I had my design appointment, the designer had a good knowledge of how to create a good design with no pushy sales tactics. The installation was hassle free and I did not need to chase or get involved with a thing.

Our kitchen designer listened carefully to our requirements and was not at all pushy.
The kitchen was delivered at a date which suited us and delivery guys were brilliant. Everything arrived as expected and well-packaged.
We are thrilled with the quality of our new kitchen as well as the very competitive price and choices of monthly payment finance option.

Had a great experience with Roomsense Kitchens.
No pressure sale just help and expertise with the design. There advise was not based on up-selling and most of the advise given actually saved money. They are slightly more than the DIY places but you get far more design and far better quality for the little extra you pay for.

From the very start, right through to the very end this was the most pleasant and stress free endeavour I could have hoped for from Roomsense Kitchens. During our home design appointment, Steve worked with us to design the perfect layout and the quote he provided was within my budget. The work started on time and was completed within the agreed timeframe. There were a number of different people who were involved in fitting our new kitchen which included, but not limited to, tilers, electricians, plumbers and more. All members of the team not only worked well together but that there was no delay and the flow of work was maintained. It was a relief to see such an efficient team working in my home. Now that the work is complete, entering the kitchen everyday brings a smile to my face. The whole project was completed with such professionalism that I truly believe that the final outcome is much better than I had hoped. Roomsense Kitchens have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

At the design stage, the person I dealt with was enormously helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to our requirements and needs, designed the kitchen perfectly around these. Keeping us aware of any issues he foresaw and how to work around these.
He wasn't at all pushy in trying to up sell, but only suggested ways to improve and make the kitchen work better within our budget.

Thereafter another person oversaw the planning and installation, and was always at the end of the phone for any queries and kept me well informed and updated with visits and progress.

I Couldn't be happier with the kitchen and it has finished off our dream home.

Five stars to the designer at Roomsense Kitchens for designing and supplying a beautiful kitchen. All my dealings with the staff were very positive from my initial visit to the showroom when the sales person was informative, enthusiastic and patient as I deliberated on the choices available.
At all times I was kept up to date about delivery dates and arrangements. When some changes had to be made regarding repositioning the sink cabinet there was no problem.
I liked the “Can do” attitude I found at all stages of the project and the pleasant, professional approach from all the people I met.

Lovely kitchen. Great service.
Having visited most of the usual kitchen names we called in to the Roomsense Showroom in Cheshunt after having heard their ad on the radio. We found a lovely quality kitchen which matched those that we had seen previously but at a more attractive price. Toni was most helpful in assisting with our design and our requirements. Kitchen was delivered on time. The fitter was tidy and has done a superb job and the kitchen looks lovely.
Great kitchen, price and service. Would recommend!
