My trip planned by Beth was perfect.
It was all well organised. My sister and I got really impressed! The hotels were AMAZING!!! The tours were unforgettable and we had no problems with the flights or transfers! The guides and drivers were all nice, polite and punctual.
The travel documents with all the infos they sent to us before leaving were very well made.
I will definitely contact them for my next trip and I will recommend them to my friends.

We were helped to put together a holiday that covered all of our goals and expectations. Our 'guide' was able to advise and respond to all of our requests and even predicate the trip based upon the availability of a particular accommodation. We were delighted with her support and responsiveness.
The supporting travel itinerary provided was very disappointing. It was thin on detail and while it will provide a good keepsake it was of little use during the holiday.

Some great experiences and a fascinating time to visit the island, but beware of trying to do too much, or to travel too far. Much more rewarding to try to get under the surface of some communities. Casa stays are great, loved night at Buena Vista Social Club, and even more lucky to get a night at the ballet to watch Giselle, and Alicia Alonso was in attendance. If you are thinking of visiting, go NOW as tourist numbers will continue to grow and the necessary infrastructure to cope is not in place.

Helen Turley of RWE arranged our trip - the third time we have used the company. This was a tailor made tour, taking in Shimla, the golden triangle and then flights down to Kerala for six days on the beach.
Everything went like clockwork except for my wife Gill's case not making it from Dubai to Delhi.
However, it was there next morning. The hotels booked were good and again, all went like clockwork. RWE had arranged our Indian tour with On The Go, a company based in Delhi. This proved seamless and trouble free. We were met at every stage of the tour, on time and by excellent people. I can fully recommend this company and RWE for making a holiday into a memorable experience. Our guides were knowledgable, patient and most efficient: at every turn a company representative was on hand and our drivers were excellent, even negotiating Delhi rush hour perfectly. All these people helped to make our tour an experience we will remember with pleasure, but oneerson in particular stands out - Mann Singh, our driver for most of the trip, who - if you will forgive the pun - always went that extra mile to see that we were comfortable and enjoying our holiday.

Contact was easy and the options were given in a professional but friendly manner. The flights that were recommended were very good and the price quoted was extremely competitive.

Emily on the Far East desk is the best ever organiser! She asked questions about what we liked to do and she had been to all the destinations we wanted to see. The hotels were perfect and the transportation between sites by Buffalo Tours was seamless. This was a perfect holiday and we look forward to booking with Emily again.

I booked this holiday 14 months before departure as a surprise Christmas and birthday present. Right from keeping it a secret from the beginning until sending the documents to us 2 weeks before departure Round the World Experts have been excellent and I would have no hesitation using them again myself, or recommending them to my friends. They planned the trip as I requested and took the hassle out of trying to do it myself. They also added an additional person to the second half of the holiday with no problem. All flights accommodation and transfers were excellent. Well done RTWE.

I booked a return flight to New Zealand from London with a couple of stops along the way with Round the World Experts and was very pleased with the service. I was booking the trip in a hurry while on the road in France and they always responded very quickly and were flexible with my limited hours of being available to contact on the phone. Service was friendly, personal, proactive and efficient. I was followed up at points on my trip which made me feel I was in safe hands if anything should have gone wrong. Very happy! And it was good value, too! Thank you!

RTWE were as excited as myself when we booked our trip to Australia. The reason I chose this company over another very good travel company was their knowledge about the country we were visiting and the fact that they listened to my brief and enhanced it with their expertise. I was a little worried about having to confirm pick up times etc (as we travelled for nearly 8 weeks) but the companies they used were all very professional and were excellent, especially in Singapore. The way they told us to travel around the country to avoid long flights etc were also excellent. There were many highlights but if I had to name a few it would be; Hamilton Island & the Reef Hotel, Fraser Island and four wheel beach drive, Uluru and the Field of Light experience with canapes & fizz to start, Sydney and lastly the Ghan train experience.

I had some very important requirements as I have mobility restrictions. All these requirements were met, as far as a travel agent can. Arrangements in Dubai were chaotic, but that could not be laid at the door of RTWE. The outward journey to Melbourne was a bit of a nightmare, but I can hardly blame RTWE for delays caused by morning fog in Dubai, nor can I take them to task for enormous queues in Melbourne Airport. Altogether this was a very good service. My thanks to Rachel.

We enjoyed many contacts in discussions with RTW as we made final arrangements to an extended holiday to Malaysia & Australia involving 10 flights & numerous hotels &:sightseeing opportunities based on recommendations of the agents. Where we wanted our own choices these were seemlessly included in our itinerary, professionalky packaged & detailed along with pick-up/ drop off arrangements from airports & accommodation.

One or two issues arose regarding luggage lost in transfers via Kuala Lumpur and we were 'bumped' off one flight which RTW are now helping us pursue with the airline.

A friend recommended Round the World Experts, and my agent was Nick McGreevy. I requested flights to and from New Zealand with stop overs. Hotels to be booked in Hong Kong, Auckland and Tokyo, plus airport transfers and a hire car in New Zealand. Having shopped around to compare prices, theirs were the most competitive. Nick was most helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The hotels were in good areas, without being 5 star, and all the shuttles worked perfectly. It was reassuring that everything went without a hitch, and I would definitely recommend them to friends.

We used Round the World Experts to plan and organise a trip to Australia, New Zealand and the US and were extremely pleased with the quality of the advice and service received. They organised flights, transfers, car hire and hotels and even provided advice in relation to excursions and trips. We received comprehensive documentation and considering that we had 11 flights and 16 hotels during the trip everything went very smoothly. There were a few hiccups along the way but our dedicated travel butler responded quickly and effectively to any issues. This is a professional company who provide a quality service.
