They don't care once your on your holiday. They leave you to sort the problems out they have caused.

Having never visited western Canada before, we chose RTWE to plan and book our itinerary. The initial programme put forward by the "expert" included self drive was considered rash and unsuitable by friends living in Toronto and Edmonton, who pointed out that stops on the Icefields highway, that were recommended for us, were actually closed to traffic during the winter and that the highway itself was often impassible. The final itinerary was well planned and executed with a notable exception that the rail trip from Jasper to Vancouver required airline style boarding cards, not the "voucher" provided. We only discovered this by chance. The Canadian Emergency Contact number given was only available from 0900-1700 Toronto time, 5 days a week and it was they who provided the cards by e-mail hours before we were due to board due to the weekend working. Two of the hotels asked for vouchers that were not included in the voucher pack but they accepted our copy of the itinerary instead. The vehicle transfer companies didn't want the vouchers provided. These niggles apart, the hotels were excellent. The one in Banff had an extremely good in house restaurant, as did the one selected in Victoria. In Vancouver the hotel was suites only, but had an acceptable sports bar attached where food was available. Except for the problems with the initial programme and the boarding cards for the train, things went smoothly and to plan, giving us a better experience than had we planned it ourselves due to our ignorance of the areas to be visited.

I have just booked up a trip to visit Japan, New Zealand and California with the help of Roz Williams. Roz has been excellent at taking care of our booking and ensuring that what we want is what we get.
Cant wait for the trip to begin... only another 11 months to wait!

A wonderfully crafted holiday working with Becky at Round the World Experts to make it a truly memorable time. We covered a lot of ground from Bay of Islands in North Island to Queenstown on South Island, embracing lots of 'culture' plus wildlife sanctuaries, whale watching (Third time lucky!), a festival, swimming, kayaking, a memorable cruise, lots of walking and always delicious food with fine wines! The car pick ups were straight forward. Cars excellent regarding room and cleanliness, though I have not been converted to automatics! Hotels and apartments bar one were exceptional and always spacious, clean, well equiped and in some cases fine views.
Only two negatives really; the full information could have arrived a lot sooner; Friday afternoon when flying out on the Sunday was not good, particularly when having to spend a day travelling up to the airport. The other, an apartment room that was so small that the bed had to be moved before opening the fridge and we had an outlook of rubbish bins!
In all a very reasonably priced, fabulous holiday and I will probably use Round the World Experts again.

Our trip to,New Zealand was made all the more enjoyable my the service provided by Round the World, especially our contact, Kaye Waapu. She was amazing and kept us informed about any unavoidable changes due to earthquakes and bush fires. Nothing was too much trouble, she came up with great alternatives. Would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

Pre holiday service was excellent, information sent through was in a timely manner and everything we needed was there. Flights were good times. Only problem we had was hotel in Dubai had no record of our booking on the way home and we had to wait three and half hours and ring the helpline to help conform with the hotel - not great after a 15 hour flight!! But when we checked in, the hotel was fantastic

Everything was fine apart from a few little niggles

Our trip was sorted via Qantas, but the Emirates system that was used for parts of our route didn't like our Emirates booking reference. This caused long delays at Dubai when flying out to Hong Kong and then again at Bangkok flying back to Dubai.

Although we had baggage allowance of 30kg each for the trip, one of the flights only allowed 20kg. How does that work? So we had to be extremely creative on managing luggage allowances and hand luggage.

When we had a problem early on in the trip getting hold of the office to resolve was difficult because of time zones.

The hotel that you booked us in Hong Kong (Eaton Hotel) was very good but our room was unbelievably small. The sink was by the bed and the bed got wet when cleaning teeth and washing. No room to store two bags let alone unpack. We checked prices on the internet and found that we could change to a higher spec room for £20 per night which was great but considering we had been charged £137 per night for the original room, I felt that this was way over priced. The new room was magnificent and included breakfast at the buffet and also an executive lounge for free snacks and evening drinks.

Overall though all good. We had an amazing trip. S thank you for organising it.

This was a very special holiday as I have a condition, that may limit my life.
Nick had no idea of this. He could not have been more helpful. Always answering our endless questions by email and phone.
He provided us with information, and made suggestions to enhance the holiday.
Everything went to plan and all transfers were as arranged. All the paperwork was accurate, and we really enjoyed having the booklets with the highlights of our holiday.

We will be very happy to use the service again with Nick to assist us.

I had never heard of Round the World Experts, I discovered them on the internet. I phoned and spoke to a lovely girl called Kirsty. After outlining what I wanted to do (6 nights Vietnam and two nights Singapore, including a specific date), she came back quickly with a provisional itinerary, and some very good additional suggestions. After a couple of refinements, (I hate tall hotels, bit pathetic I know), she came back with a fantastic plan.
The cost was very reasonable, and had the huge benefit of private transfers, private guided tours etc. Her expertise became evident during the trip, in terms of hotel locations, quality of hotels, and especially flight times.
I have travelled to Asia five times, but this was by far the best way to do it in my opinion.
Genuinely, I thank Kirsty, and Round the World Experts, for making the whole trip so simple, cost effective and do-able. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family, and hope to use them again myself.

I cannot recommend RtWE highly enough.

I dealt with Nico Lurot throughout. He went to great lengths to design a fantastic, highly bespoke, three destination holiday in Thailand for me. This entailed lots of transfers and a couple of internal flights - all went smoothly without a single hitch.

He knew precisely what he was recommending too as he had direct experience and knowledge of all the places he booked on my behalf, having lived in Thailand himself. The locations were stunning and the hotels were all excellent.

Communication throughout was superb. He took note of everything I asked him to build in and came up with the goods time after time. He recommended various excursions which I included in the package. I am glad I did too as they were all fantastic in their own right. I heard horror stories from fellow travellers who tried to arrange the same trips locally - just as Nico had forewarned me. I had an amazing holiday.

Coming home from a great holiday is always tinged with a bit of regret for me but Nico had reserved me a seat with extra legroom on the return flight. I managed to sleep for nine hours which definitely took the sting out of returning!

I asked the agent to give me a price for a holiday in Australia stopping off on the way there and on the way back. She came with stops in Dubai and Bali. The price was cheaper than the 3 other travel agents tried. We had an amazing time. The hotels and flight were fantastic. I will defo use them again.

I usually book my own flight to , eg, Australia, but Round-the-World was altogether a more complicated business. RTWExpers did it all with great efficiency, good communication with Emma Diamond (who remained on the case throughout and who was able to continue advice and support throughout the 10-week trip). I would have liked a bit more help with pre-booking seats - we didn't get them until check-in and we ended up sitting separately on two flights - but that apart everything worked like clockwork, and with One World airlines throughout there was a guaranteed standard.

I have recommended them to my friends.we celebrated our 60th birthday in style...thanks to round the world experts..

Nicola was very well informed, professional and approachable. Nothing was ever too much trouble regardless of how silly the questions were.
The whole trip from start to finish was so well organised and ran like clockwork, from the private transfers to the quality of hotel and recommendations for things to do.

Very good service. Good personal contact and a very good package put together for us. A couple of slight glitches during the holiday and a little inaccurate advice prior to departure. An excellent holiday provided and we would certainly use Round the World Experts again.

I needed a break and wanted to go to New Zealand but didn't want the stress of organising it myself. Emma booked my entire trip from start to finish and catered it to what I wanted to do. I always felt able to pick up the phone or drop Emma an email and she was always very helpful. Even when I was in NZ I was still able to get in touch.
I had the most amazing trip, stayed in lovely hotels and couldn't fault anything at all. I cannot rate the service I received highly enough and I would definitely 100% recommend them to anyone

We booked a 3 week trip to New Zealand, and they helped us book the flights, stop overs in Hong Kong and Tokyo, and some accommodation for the stop overs. The price was pretty good, and the girl I dealt with (Roz) couldn't have been more helpful will lots of requests that we made, and she came up with various itineraries and options. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and everything went without a hitch. A+ :)
