We have just got back from a month in Australia with our 2 children who are 9 and 11.
We used Round the world experts after a recommendation and we have not been disappointed.
We dealt with Alex King who was friendly and efficient throughout our (many)conversations.
We used the company to book all our flights(international and domestic),campervan hire,car hire,some accommodation and day trips.
The information provided for our itinerary was extensive and everything went off without a hitch.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this friendly,reasonably priced and knowledgeable travel company and a huge thank you to Alex😊

I would highly recommend using RTWE for excellent customer service and assistance not just through booking but throughout the whole trip. I have just returned from a "trip of a lifetime" in Vietnam & Cambodia which was organized by Kirsty Eccleston at TravelClub (who usually do my company travel arrangements). We are a combination of 2 families in UK & Australia & usually prefer independent travel but the help we got with the flights & accommodation from Kirsty was first class. We also appreciated her contacting us when we were on holiday with last minute flight alterations from the internal airline companies so that we were informed before going to the airports. We worked on any itinerary together, her suggestions were great & she didn't mind us going off track with our own accommodation ideas (using Homestays primarily). Just back from a memorable and fabulous trip to India (Delhi and Rajasthan) and wanted to say a big thank you to Alex and the Round the World Experts team!

Our trip was superbly planned and organised with intelligent and thoughtful suggestions and great attention to detail at every stage of the process. We never once had to worry about logistics or timing once we were in India thanks to the superb advance organisation and communication by Alex.

The itinerary struck the perfect balance between rest and exploration. The guides and driver provided in India were universally helpful and fun. Last but not least our hotel recommendations were superb!

I have booked travel to New Zealand a couple of times with Round the World Experts. Found them helpful, knowledgeable and able to come up with a good price. I'd recommend them.

Great experience with my around the world trip. Ok a couple of hiccups but out of control of ARE. Like flight delays...but ARE kept us up to date on events. would use again

Visited Vietnam and RWE put together with me a really good tour. But the proof is in the delivery and in this respect they could not be faulted, All connections, internal flights and train journeys went smoothly, hotels where really good and the company used in Vietnam to take us on tours where really good. So no complaints, it all went well.

I booked flights with RTWE however I found them to be more about taking the money and not about helping the customer. No sooner had I booked the flights my plans changed, yet they wouldn't help instead trying to charge fees to change, which although I had booked expensive tickets and insurance didn't seem to matter as they had my money. The sales girl was very helpful but obviously it's mainly a sales pitch. I have used them before and they were quite competitive on price. Normally I book tickets directly but on this occasion I thought it would be better with a broker. Unfortunately, it wasn't my smartest decision and one that proved very costly as no sooner as I booked, I found similar flights over £200 cheaper. My lesson learnt was if you can do something yourself, then do so as they quite honestly didn't do anything special.

Booked flights to NZ and Australia and found the service to be excellent. My contact was very patient and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent, personal service, very knowledgeable staff.
From my initial enquiry you were given excellent advice and the feeling that you were talking to someone who understands what you want from your holiday. As a result we had a wonderful time staying in some excellent hotels and seeing some unbelievable sites.
Overall a wonderful experience from start to finish.
