Today I had given my Classic 350…

Today I had given my Classic 350 vehicle for servicing at Sarabhai Pro wheels, Visat Circle. After making the payment it was shocking to see that washing and polishing was not done. Even I found stains of oil on the guard of front wheel. This seems that they donot bother to deliver the vehicle in clean condition. Even my vehicle was given at 9.20 am in the morning and I am being told that washing is not working. I am really dissatisfied with the service

Diabolical excuse for customer service.

Diabolical excuse for customer service.
My 350 meteor gearbox locked up after just 14000 miles,RE recovery was through selling dealership.no space,went to next dealer they were full up as well.after the fifth dealership refused to have it.It was delivered back to my home,it's been nearly seven months and not a word from RE.
Obviously too much work involved in repairing the polished tud of a commuter bike.
No reply from RE UK or European branches.
If you want an alternative to an RE please consider a used cb500 or equivalent.
These Enfield's are absolute crp
Having had it for just over 2 years Ive decided to look at it as a lesson in being ripped off by either a call centre or Royal Enfield sales.
An experience not to be repeated .only one star as zero is not allowed.

Unreliable himalayans

I bought a 2022 Himalayan the service quoteb was £180 a year plus A £90 a year interim service that had to be done to keep the warrenty £270 in total even more expensive than even a BMW GS 1250 to service as such I decided to do my own servicing following closely to Enfield criteria all good except now this bike has been blitted with electrical issues nothing at all to do with services cheap relays im particular and now a failed fuel pump that I have now got to source and replace all these problems are common love the style of the bike but it's just too unreliable its only done 5000 miles.

Do not buy an Enfield

Having recovered my Meteor Supernova after being stolen while visiting the UK I waited almost six months for it to be repaired at Iron City Gateshead. I was forced to collect it as it became 'roadworthy' because they needed the space although the stolen screen was not replaced.
Despite contacting Customer Support and the Dealership I do not have a screen or the promise of delivery of a screen which incidentally my insurance company will have paid for. What can you do ? They do not reply to emails or complaints.
It appears I'm in good company here and not alone.
The publicity is just a pack of lies as they want to sell as many bikes as possible but do not understand the meaning of Customer Service or have a parts supply chain.
My next bike is Japanese.

There is a problem in my bike chain set…

There is a problem in my bike chain set main main I got the third service done when I went to the service center there is a noise in the chain of my bike they said the chain is loose and after cleaning it will be fine still 20 or 25 Since the last few days the problem has continued on the bike, I visited service center today, they told me that the chain set is bad on my bike, it is running so fast, how can the chain get bad, if I do a proper loop clean, now I am in service. I got it done, it cost me Rs 2700, where is it now? The chain set is Rs 3000, this is how the chain will get damaged every 10000 kilometers, how will it run less, I am very fed up with this bike.

Staff at Royal Enfield are not bothered…

Staff at Royal Enfield are not bothered about what customers really want. And don’t even try to make customers feel special. Staff don’t even explain you any specifications about the bike and how does the bike performs. It was a very bad experience in buying my dream bike

Bad behaviour of management of mathura service center.
Mera phone lekar khud ko customer feedback fill kr diya .
Service charges + 2-3 time labour charges.
Mera first no. Tha service ka time of gate entry morning 6:45 and gate out time evening 6:00 .
Nothing to major reason and repair... Only two three work like service, chain set change and handal change.but cost paid by me Rs. 5431.00+1299

Very poor experience with rude staff

I'm not sure who chooses the people to work on their stands at shows but I've never experienced such rudeness than at MCL Birmingham this weekend

I believe her name is Leah? Unhelpful, rude and just a bit, up themselves? They were the same at MCN Peterborough too, I thought maybe I had just caught them on an off day, but nope! Just a rude person.

Not a good representative for Royal Enfield.

Missing parts from new.

Bought a new super meteor and 4 months later I am still waiting on the owners manual to be sent. They advised use the online manual but that says my second service is due at 4.66k miles however my dealer says it's 3k that's a big difference and I cannot speak to RE to find out if manual is an error or if dealer is incorrect. Very poor service from RE since they decided to start importing to the UK themselves instead of using moto gb

Royal enfied service center at ndg…

Royal enfied service center at ndg motor pvt ltd, bistupur, Jamshedpur is very dangerous for your bike as well as your money. In the stating of service, service advisor will tell you your bike is under warrenty some spare parts it not cost you any money but after servicing when I went to billing counter, they are saying that, I have to pay full amount of that spare part, when I opposed this they suffered me alot, and they are making fun of customer.

So its my recommendation never go for sevice at this service center.

Diabolical customer service

Had an interceptor from new 08/2022, covered 8000 miles and the starter solenoid packed up. Had the bike recovered and taken to an authorised dealership back in mid April 2023, the bike is still there due to Royal Enfield not sending the part and giving no reason, multiple emails sent, so have been with no bike for over 2 months and still waiting! Absolute diabolical customer service to say the least, very much doubt I'll ever buy a RE ever again.

ESS AAR MOTORS. when ever I visit this royal Enfield showroom I feel like I am apart of this showroom. Their welcomed make us happy and this person Vishal i would like to give him 5 rating. Because he is the one I am feeling as a royal Enfield family. He is trustworthy person, he work with passion, man of words, he has good experience in his works. Eventually, he help me from the beginning till my meteor delivery in a good manner with responsibilities. Thank you so much Vishal and Thank you Royal Enfield.
