Worst experience Goa

Worst experience
I visited showroom for first free service at Margao as my appointment was at 9.00am only two more biker were present for service at 9.00am i was kept waiting till 10.00am and after asking again i was told to wait for job card my job card was made at around 10.15am and the expected time given was till 11.30am after i inquired about my bike at 11.52am if it is ready i was told it has been not taken up and asked for another one hour for service. I don't understand wat kind of service RE provide appointment based or first come late serve service.

A "simple" puncture.

A "simple" puncture.
I ride a GT650(2022) and ended up with a punctured front tire. I go to a local shop and got to know the Allen key bolt on the forks can't be removed because the slot is damaged somehow.
I call the roadside assistance. After waiting for 3hrs I'm still stranded with a punctured bike with no update on the assistance. I try to call them back a couple hundred times and they keep terminating the call. I sincerely hope no one should ever go through the frustration I had to experience today and I'm very dissapointed to know the attitude and treatment they provide to one of their most valuable products.

A good product with bas service is a bad formula to losing customers. I'll never suggest anyone this manufacturer just because of the lousy service they so proudly advertise.
ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE IS A JOKE.

I booked my service two days ago
But when i reached on my given tym only job card was made and after 2hours they started service of my bullet.why company asks the customers for suitable tym if they do not care for it
Shame on u
No tea was given to me
I was told that no milk was available for tea

I had a bad experience with Royal…

I had a bad experience with Royal Enfield Store online with a riding boots purchase that I did. I booked a riding boot just to realize after one week that my pin code is not serviceable by the royal enfield store. I also did not get a favorable response when I called the customer service. To my surprise, I had to deal with stores separately and customer services separately whereas I was only looking Royal Enfield as one brand.
I do not understand why my order was taken along with the money when my pin code is not serviceable. And I also do not understand why would it take one week for somebody to realize that my pin code is not serviceable.
Now I am in a situation wherein my order is not moving forward, neither I can cancel the order and get refund.
I won't recommend buying anything online from Royal Enfield Stores.

I don’t recommend any one to buy this motorcycles unless u have enough patience ,or no enthusiasm
Worst and tooo worst I don’t want to give a single star but I would like people to know about my thoughts
1.it is been 85 days since I have booked
No mentions or no updates hilarious thing is till this moment bill has not been made
And still I’m waiting

4. Brining shame to Indian motorcycle brand
5.my middle finger salute to delay and while RE team
I feel pity on myself
So please don’t go for this motorcycle

Worst product ever

Worst product ever. this is prashanth reddy and 27 years old. In June 2019 I bought a bullet 350. After 1 week only found a issue related to rear wheel then approached to service centre but there's no proper service and update on that issue. Then after in the first service I got multiple issues the most common thing in every bike is the front mudguard colour loss because of disc cable and the major issue in my vechile is silencer sound. then after 2 years lot of conversation on Jan 2021 that silencer got replaced but here the thing is that replaced silencer not fitted with my vechile. Even in that service centre everybody knows about this issue but they're treating me like a fool not even me buddies all the customer who are using this worst products. If you pay huge amount in the service you are the best and valuable customer otherwise they not even follow your issues. Finally to replace silencer they have taken 2.5years not even provide the solution. Now I'm not using my vechile from past one year because of silencer. Actually I'm a bike lover after using 3 types of vechiles in the span of 5years I have bought this. But they killed my dreams on bike... Please don't buy this products.

No Customer Service

6 month ago I ordered a new Meteor 350 and some accessories from the Royal Enfield dealership in Cambodia. When it got close to time to pick up the bike I asked if the bike and accessories were in the country and could not get a straight answer (I had to make non-refundable hotel reservations as we live three hours away from the dealer) Come to find out they never ordered the accessories. When I made the order I tried to have them order riding gear for me and my wife. They said they couldn't as they only order in bulk. They let $400 in riding gear money walk out the door and $300. in accessories. I tried get hold of Royal Enfield customer service in India and was ignored!! I will never buy another Royal Enfield motorcycle!!!

My royalenfield interceptor 650 front…

My royalenfield interceptor 650 front brake caliper sized on on my 2021 bike at 70mph. I ask my royalenfield dealer and moto gb the importer for help they where not interested at all. So be aware you have no back up with royalenfield when you make your next purchase you are on your own.

I had Booked a Royal Enfield Himalayan…

I had Booked a Royal Enfield Himalayan on July 20-07-2021 and at the time of booking I had clearly asked the sales Representative Md Shafiq by when will the bike be delivered and he had clearly mentioned 45-60 days. I asked the person on 25th August by when he would be delivering the bike and he mentioned that on 10 Sept 202 the bike would be delivered.
Today on 3rd Sept 2021 when I went to the showroom to take an update he mentioned that it will take another 20-25 days.
When asked why did he give false commitments he mentioned that his area sales manager Mr Pravesh Kumar Negi informed him that the bike would be delivered.
The best part about all this is the dealer had taken ₹25,000/- as the booking amount were as it's just ₹10,000/-
The sales representative should be fired for his work ethics that he shows towards customers.
Now he is denying all the charges and is saying that he had not committed any thing.
I am a travel explorer and I had clearly informed him that with the bike I do a bussiness and to which he was very sure that he would get the bike.
Today I have travelled all the way frm Ladakh to Jhunjhunu Rajasthan just to take the delivery and all I come to know is it was all fake promises that were made.
I assure u I have alot of followers on social media if I don't get any resolution I would take this matter up till the social media.
I need my bike that was ordered asap so that I don't incure any more losses or else I'll put and end to my life and a strict action should be taken again Md Shafiq and Pravesh Kumar Negi.

Here is a brand that is living on past…

Here is a brand that is living on past glory. The brand is plagued with numerous challenges... primarily horrendous quality, apathy towards the customer and shoddy service.
This adds to the high maintenance, unreliability and overall poor customer experience.
What is appalling is that no one at Royal Enfield seems to care. Not even the bossman!

Great product BUT....

Great product BUT bad dealer / importer service. No information at all about warranty or breakdown recovery nearly 3 months after purchase of new 650 twin. Royal Enfield make a big selling point in the UK about the 3 year warranty. Have Emailed the UK importer - no reply.

RE Himalayan ..

RE Himalayan ... the best motorcycle i have ever owned. Round the block or round the world, they are not joking. After 40 years riding motor bikes of all sizes and shapes this bike is amazing. A 36k a year motorcycle commuter for 15 years and now a long distance rally competitor this bike is ideal .... try one, buy one ....
