The delivery of appliances ordered came on time and was contacted by RTC with 45 mins ahead of arriving time. Both people have carried up and in the products, installed, assembled and tested in a professional manner. Overall, I was satisfied with the service provided.

I see that we have tried to call you, from our customer service, as the driver was holding on to your address as well. But since neither the phone was answered and no one was home, he had to move on. However, we have still chosen to return and carry out the delivery later the same day.

The driver didn't even take the boxes…
The driver didn't even take the boxes out of the car, but asked me to do it. The boxes are very heavy, I'm a woman. He could at least put it on the ground next to the car. I'm shocked.

Bad experience
Unfortunately, the bed bases were not installed and I was not informed about this when I bought it, which took a lot of time and injured my hand.
I am not happy with this at all.

Package was delivered on time
Package was delivered on time. One of the delivery men broke the lamp shade in the common stairwell area of the apartment while transporting the package. They apologised and said that the RTC company will replace the lamp shade.

Generally good installation but didn’t receive a notification in advance that they are on their way, and they forgot to remove some plastic from the machine, which I cannot remove myself now, as the machines is installed inside of a narrow wooden cabinet..

Great products and customer/delivery service
Really kind and helpful delivery service! I had to cancel most of my order list due to the bad infrastructure of the apartment I am moving in. Even under this condition, the delivery service was understanding and helpful, providing several tips on how to get the products into the apartment.
