The driver refused to loft the appliance into the spot designated for it, saying it was not possible, after arguing for couple of minutes, I did it myself and then showed him it was possible! They use any excuse to not do the job. Really disappointed 😞

The driver was not professional in handling delivery. First of all he drove without waiting for me to get out of the way and he almost squeezed me into the bushes where he was driving. There was almost no clearance between the bushes and the car and he knew I was standing there and drove without waiting for me to get out of the way.
When I got out of the way, he almost drove into me.
Personal safety of me (the client) was violated.
I demand action on this drivers behaviour. He was not considerate and put me into danger by almost squeezing me into the bushes and almost driving into me. I need you to take action.

I paid 150 indoor service for those delivery items, but first, they don’t want to put shoe covers on; secondly, they don’t unpack my purchases.
It’s a new house, and the floor is very new, so I prepared shoes covers for them to use, but they refused to wear it! Then I let them in with purchases, and ask them to remove all packaging since I paid for (the salesperson told me that the sevice is included remove all packaging), they refused me again! And I am living in this house, but they were suspect the deliveries were not mine! They ask me three times, and even call to my wife, we both said yes, it is our deliveries, and they still don’t believe it! They even call to control center to double check if it’s a correct delivery! It made me feel racism. With a really bad service and bad attitude, I won’t recommend any company or people use their services.

I bought a dishwasher and a washing machine in Power, and paid for delivery and installation of the products. All information from Power to RTC was given about how, where and when it should be delivered. Furthermore, I paid to get rid of the two old machines. The delivery guys called me and arrived in time. They were very stressed and busy to leave very fast, though they should do their job first. They told me to buy adapters from RTC otherwise the warranty would not cover them in case of damage. Of course, I bought the items, but found out, that the guys charged me 4 times the price I could have paid on the internet. They also told me that RTC wasn't paid to take the old machines with them, which wasn't true, but they left the machines at my place.
Today, I talked to a nice guy from Power. He refunded all the delivery money I had paid, that was indeed a good service from Power, but a miserable delivery service from RTC. It seems like RTC is stressing their employees.

The Delivery Driver called before arrival which was almost exactly at the start of the delivery time zone. Super friendly on the phone when I explained I wasn’t home but my partner was waiting for them. She had the same experience on the other end with super friendly and helpful service. Thanks to whoever the guys were on this delivery.

***UPDATE: after complaining at Jysk shop and leaving a negative feedback here on Trustpilot, I have been contacted by RTC Customer Service. They apologised for the drivers not waiting for me to go down with the mattress and they rescheduled the pick up for the day after. They did also came straight to my apartment door to collect the old mattress and deliver the new one. My feedback is therefore updated from 1 to 4 stars, not giving 5 just as a reminder for RTC to be careful when hiring drivers and avoid hiring unprofessional ones like Elias and his fellow who attempted the first pick-up/delivery. A home delivery of Jysk mattress and the simultaneous collection of a mattress to be returned, it was scheduled with RTC for today 25 September 2024, between 09:00 and 12:00.
At 10:30 I have received an SMS from RTC, simply writing that they will be at my home in 30-60 minutes with no further instructions. Two drivers (one of them called Elías) arrived at 12:00, so after 90 minutes from their sms and instead of ringing the doorphone, they called me on my phone. I have answered and asked them if they would come up or if I should go downstairs and they said they will call their boss and ask. They called me back and said their boss told them they should not come up to my floor. So I told them ok, give me 2 minutes to bring the mattress down from the 4th floor by stairs and they said NO, because their boss told them I should have been already downstairs and they should leave. So they told me to call Jysk and arrange a new delivery date and they left, without delivering the new mattress and without collecting the one to be returned!
I took a day off at work to wait for this delivery. They did not tell me in advance to be already downstairs when they arrive and they could not wait 2 minutes for me to literally go down the stairs! Also, how can you wait for someone at the building entrance with a big open mattress, without knowing when they will arrive exactly?
Who will compensate me now for a lost day at work??
I went to the Jysk shop where I ordered the new mattress and they were very much shocked and sorry for my experience, but the earliest date for a new delivery could be only after 1 week.
RTC IS A RIDICULOUS COURIER, STAY AWAY FROM IT!
I will also complain with Jysk.
