There not a scam

Ordered a pair of trail shoes and not knowing they where coming from Italy. Thinking oh no what have I done seeing a lot of people saying there are scam. Im afraid my trainer came in 6 days had a postage reminder where they were and when they arrived in England Trainers came in normal box just perfect super happy its a AAAA+++ for RUNKD.

Scam

Ordered product in October. Its now approaching March and still not received product. After constant requests of a refund, they arrogantly continue to say ‘we are waiting to here from parcel service’. Do not order from this website. Im not the only one.

We are deeply sorry for this delivery delay and any inconvenience caused.
During the current Covid-19 pandemic delivery services may experience extreme delays due to increases in shipping volumes and restrictions limiting the capacity of the service.
As advised to the customer, we are forced to wait for a written confirmation that the parcel is indeed lost in order to proceed with a refund.
The postal service has a technical time period needed for postal anomalies to be resolved. A full refund has been placed on our behalf since no response from the postal service has been received within said time period.
We apologize for this inconvenience.

Wish I had read these reviews before…

Wish I had read these reviews before buying my trainers. Purchased on 20th December 2020 and still no notification that they have been shipped.

Follow up:

After waiting for 30 days for trainers to arrive, they turned up yesterday.

Unfortunately they dont fit and now have to be returned. Checked return policy and you have pay the postage fee. Checked with different couriers and to post back to Italy, it costs the same price as the trainers! Now stuck with the trainers!

UK buyers beware!!

The standard delivery clearly states the following information for UK:
Parcel Force Standard (6-25 working days)
Unfortunately we cannot foresee any delays or issues with the delivery services and the stated delivery times when choosing the delivery service are an estimate time which are provided by the delivery services.
Our terms and conditions clearly state that the return costs are to be paid by the client.

We appreciate your comment, as it allows us to improve day by day to be able to offer our customers a better service.

Just avoid

Just avoid - 25 days to deliver trainers!!!! In 2020? Save yourself the weeks of tracking a package crawling from somewhere in Europe on a Donkey.
Putting the letters “6/25” at the end of a sentence does not clearly indicate that “standard delivery” of an item may take between 6 and 25 days - it looks like maths or some of supplier code - bad comms, misleading and just accept and apologies please.

Still waiting for trainers

Still waiting for trainers. Cost over £100 and I’m worried I’m not going to see them or my money...
Edit. I’m still waiting. The trainers appear to be sat in an Italian sorting office.
I’d rather pay for shipping and the company use a reliable courier. This is ridiculous!
I can’t even get a response from the company now so I doubt I’ll get a refund anytime soon!

Worst after sales service ever.

Bought a pair of running shoes from Runkd that wore a hole in the heel after less than 3 weeks use. Contacted Runkd and was told they had been in touch with the manufacturer who said the warranty was void because the shoes had been worn. Runkd offered me a 50% discount that they are now refusing to honour and and also ignoring my emails. The shoes cost £160 and should not have worn like they did. I have over 20 pairs of the same make of shoe that have never failed like this. Runkd are the worst company I have ever dealt with and their after sales service is diabolical. I will never use them again.

Firstly we would like to apologise for the inconvenience experienced.
Regrettably, our suppliers' warranty department does not accept the warranty replacement as the item does not show any manufacturing defect but rather due to wear and tear from the photos provided.
The warranty case was re-looked into with our Hoka supplier in Italy hence the slight response delays, therefore our team is unfortunately not able to accept the warranty replacement nor a discount voucher.

Awful Customer Service

Awful experience. Purchased On Running shoes from Runkd which developed a fault and were apparently covered under the warranty. Emailed the customer service department twice and haven't received a response. As a last ditched attempt I emailed On Running who informed me that RUNKD.co.uk are not an official reseller of their product and so the warranty is void. Woudn't buy from Runkd.co.uk again

UPDATE
Disappointed that I had to receive an update on my case through a review site! With no specifics on why On Running rejected my warranty claim. To respond to the other points...

Runkd.co.uk received none of my emails through their contact us form because apparently their contact us form on their website was broken. I was informed by their customer service department "Once again please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience caused. We will indeed get our IT department to have a look at our messaging system as it does indeed seem to not be working correctly.". Not a great service further have a screenshot showing the date and proof of submission.

In response to the authenticity of RUNKD as an official seller of On’s…the email I got from On Running customer service team stated "Thank you for your message. I am sorry but Runkd is not an official retailer from us. Therefore we are not allowed to take care of this warranty claim.”

By further checking on our database we have not received any email requests from the client prior to lodging the warranty claim, by contacting the client directly after reviewing the feedback we were able to assist.
We also confirm that we are an authorised dealer for On-Running shoes purchased directly from our official Italian distributor.

Regrettably, the warranty case was not accepted by our suppliers' warranty department.
