People in Spain need extend delivery times but use the word "normally" to escape guilt, an order placed Thursday still no arrived on Tuesday. I would always prefer truth.

'Normally' is used as we use 3rd party couriers to send orders, we have absolutely no way of guaranteeing a date unfortunately. This is the fifth time I've made a big order with Russells. Each time I have noticed that everything in the order has been filled, and everything packed so carefully. And the orders always arrive very fast. I can recommend them without reservation.

Absolutely no problem with the way our…
Absolutely no problem with the way our order was actioned or with the goods when we received them.
I would have given 5 stars but the GLS delivery was hopeless. I arranged for the delivery to be made to a specific Parcel Store which was confirmed by GLS who then tried on 2 occasions to deliver to my home address before eventually delivering to a completely different Parcel Store.
Whilst Russells cant be responsible for GLS, perhaps they should consider using more efficient delivery companies.
