I have used Russells on a number of occasions, and have nothing but praise for them. Their packaging is second to none, I have so far received nothing damaged. Delivery time, from order to receiving is phenomenal . Never been to the shop always shopped on line, but it must be a very professional set up. Quick delivery great products, but
Delivered quickly and products reasonable price and as required. Just let down by the packaging which arrived slightly crushed meaning that some of the content packaging was slightly damaged on arrival, all ok and still sealed but with s little better fill material in the packaging this wouldn't have happened. Generally no other complaints though and will definitely be using the company again

Great selection and easy experience
Such a great selection, I have lived in Spain for almost 10 years and a lot of British products are hard to find nowadays, I spent so much money in one 'big shop' but everything was fantastic and it all arrived way ahead of schedule. The courier even called me up to say he wasn't far away to check I'd be in. I have a big stash to keep me going but I will be back again!
