Dealing with Nicola W at Safestore Barking & Dagenham was a dream. I visited the office ready for a battle over an issue to do with, what I believed was a duplicate payment. I felt heard and understood by Nicola. I even cried in the office out of frustration, but Nicola was unfazed, sympathetic and quickly set about putting things right. She ended up getting me a better deal on my storage and we had a giggle about similar living situations we were in. I left there happy and feeling confident that my issue was resolved. This almost never happens when dealing with other companies (in my experience). She cared and the attitude she had is something that goes such a long way in my book!

Exceptional service from all but especially from Sam who had spoken to me about my needs, found the right sized storage unit, talked me through the process and had the unit available within the hour.

The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and understanding from finding me the correct size for my needs to moving my items into the unit, even helping when it came to getting the items packed into the unit, very pleasant experience.

John was absolutely amazing! He took the time to explain everything to us, found the best pricing for us and then reserved the unit.
Also, as it transpired we didn't need the storage space, it wasn't a problem at all for them.
The quality of the customer care we received was absolutely EXCELLENT! Highly recommend this company and especially John to all who are thinking of renting storage space!

Competitive pricing and very helpful staff upon arrival - facility has excellent parking, is close to the station and has access to the M23 no more than 5 mins drive away

I had a great experience with Safestore. Easy to get set up, good security, excellent customer service. The process of acquiring a unit was straightforward, as was vacating.

Absolutely fuming at the manager of this establishment as cab not take a concern seriously and it escalated to being a complaint that could of been easily avoided.

The level of professionalism for the female manager is really shocking and totally unacceptable and changes the topic to suit her and not actually deal with whats in hand.

My advise stay away from this site and Avoid the manager completely

Never thought that self storage could be so easy
At safestore the facility in Glasgow charles street is so seamless from booking your storage to getting your own fob to come and go as required
The trolley and lifts are brilliant doesn’t matter what floor you get all is smooth and easy to manoeuvre
So glad I chose this company

Access to the storage unit was simple and there were plenty of trolleys available

I used Safestore Bristol Filton and had a great experience. The team there are extremely helpful and the whole process was nothing but smooth, which is exactly what you need when moving and leaving your belongings in a locker. Would definitely recommend, thanks a lot :)

No lifts working had to carry 300+kg tank and all other belongings up a flight of stairs

Over a 4 week period the lift had broken down twice so we couldn't access our storage. 5 days in total. 29th to 31st of July and 6th and 7th of August.
