This company is shockingly inept no customer service number ...send incorrect order and no way to contact them other that e form

System is rubbish. The worse I have used. Stay away from buying this kit. Sannce sight app totally rubbish. Everytime you look at . It's saying bye backup from cloud. Takes over the app. Stay away

Do not buy one, use one even given to you free, it will freeze cant keep up with searching it will crash, skip on record. Its rubbish. Spend the money and get good kit, not this s**t

How on earth is this company still running. It has absolutely appalling software and backup . Seriously, go somewhere else. You will not get on with this . Even the instructions are awful and make no sense.

I ordered a camera set beginning of January and have not received them I have emailed several times I also received an email in someone else's name just after I ordered saying cameras was not available I emailed back asking if this was meant for me but I have not received a a response from the support team I emailed again an again and still nothing they think they can take money and not give the goods not acceptable

I have had various problems with one of the camera systems since i bought it. I first contacted Saance in the beginning of march 2023 and never received a reply to my issues. I then sent another request through their website mid march and received a reply a day later - i understood that they could be busy with complaints. My issue was never resolved by them after a lot of back and forth but i did manage to figure out how to fix the issue myself. But have had various problems since that I did not even bother contacting their customer service for as I never receive a reply.
I have now only had this product 2 years and it has broken completely. There is a dangerous electrical fault. The box started sparking. All other electrical products within the building were completely fine. When i purchased this it was close to £300 and the product has broken just after their 2 year warranty. DO NOT BUY. Customer service is appalling and you will need to use them at some point. Products that break immediately after their warranty are highly suspicious to me also.

It works like a charm. I have used other camera systems. These guys have thought about a lot. I don't understand how others have negative experiences. The usability blew me away ease of setup, automatic self-upgrade maintenance, fast customer support responses and backup/viewing/management from PC/Smartphone/Device.

Ordered a camera system told 4 days later it is out of stock asking if I will take a cheaper system I replied saying I would add a bit extra for a better system couple of days later get the exact same message off them then again and again had to go through bank for refund stay away

Camera failed under warranty but they just tell you to buy a new one. AVOID

Unit arrived without a hard drive, despite it not being advertised as such. I was advised that for another £89 you can purchase a hard drive. No thank you. Requested a refund within the 30 days. Advised that the cost of posting could be more than the cost of the unit!! So basically you're stuck with it. Still waiting for a resolution. Not recommended.

Bought a sannce CCTV and won't work with there cameras asked for refund 2 weeks later still waiting for an answer what a joke company

Be warned, this system comes without a hard drive so you cannot record, even the monitor is very poor quality, They will tell you to purchase a hard drive and a 90 degree adapter and they will help you get it set up, then, oh no you need a computor to format hardrive (they didnt tell me that prior to paying out another £60), i managed to get my hard drive formatted and guess what,??still doesnt work>>> at this stage i asked for a refund and to return item and have not heard from them since...

Two days ago I bought a doorbell with its sound extension through the Sannce website, but the product description says that it has rechargeable batteries that last 180 days (it was tested and the duration was only 4 days) or that you can connect it to the electrical cables of your doorbell, which is not true since the battery is sealed on the back. After 4 days of battling with customer service, I still do not have a solution for my purchase.

Purchased a SANNCE DVR via eBay. A pain to set up but was working OK. However, failed after 7 months. Tried to claim warranty repair via eBay and it's only a 6month warranty. Despite eBay stating 1 yr. On challenging this, SANNCE advise that 6months-1yr policy is a few % discount on a new item. This seems to break UK consumer law, but eBay isn't interested as they offer no means to report this misrepresentation. I'd give no stars if I could...AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The company has no phone number and your email support is next to nothing their devices are constantly asking for password and they have no way of stopping it from doing so

There is no after sales with these products well at least the CCTV systems, chat line is a machine which you cannot get past and you cannot get to speak to an actual person

Package never arrived even though it was paid for, customer service is non existant, literall scam.

I discovered Sannce when I was looking for some PTZ cameras on ebay for my AHD NVR CCTV. Before I had a chance to buy, they sold out. However, I am glad of this since I searched Google to find I could order directly from Sannce, and the pricing was even better.

I ordered 2 cameras and they came next working day. Happy to find they each included a long wire, which is useful, but all I had to do was drill some holes, fit the camera up, swap the wire from the original camera and take down the old camera.

The PTZ moves a bit quickly on my system but I will get used to it. The PTZ works over the AHD video signal wire, so I didn't have to install an extra RS485 wire. Bare in mind that AHD PTZ cameras (not wifi) are usually a lot more expensive, but not in this case.

The quality of the picture is excellent, although I get waving lines when the camera is actually moving. Stationary, it is fine. It's not a problem, and probably just a configuration on my NVR.

I will definitely be getting more cameras over time to replace/upgrade my existing ones, and Sannce PTZ will likely be the one I continue to use from now on. I was previously loyal to Zosi static cameras.

I can only assume that the bad reviews relate to not following the guidelines correctly, since my my application of upgrade cameras on an existing FHD system has been a good experience, and I now have even more visibility over my property.

Horrible equipment, absolutely NO customer service. The phone number they have listed doesn't work. DO NOT, REPEATING, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FEOM THIS COMPANY/MANUFACTURER!!!!

Do not buy from this company as they have no customer service at all. I bought a camera box from them and as soon as I said I wanted to return it they just ignore me. Very quick at taking money…..never again
