Got a 4 cam system over 3 years ago, still going strong cheap reliable product if setup correctly, easy setup, no issues, I installed 3 of these systems for friends no issues, for what your paying for and the quality, fantastic system, I'm a cctv engineer

Disgraceful band pretending to be a legitimate company. Ordered a product. Shipped from Hong Kong to Australia. Goods not as described. Appealed via PayPal who found in buyer favour. This dodgy band then required goods to be returned to SPAIN, at 2/3$ original purchase cost.

Do not go near this company...been RIPPED OFF for £60 for a cctv system ( with no cameras as i already have them and they work perfect ) the picture is shocking, also bought a hard drive but it wont fit as the system uses a size that ts not the standard one,.i will sell it on Ebay rather than send it back ( if you could send anything back ) and deal with the chatbot...tried emailing them,no reply, tried again and again.and again..i know they are trying to run the clock down when i try to take them to court for my money back i will get nothing..just like when i tried to get somthing out of paypal..i will make it my mission in life to expose these crooks..this is what the UK has become..a knock down scammers paradise where dodgy companys from China rip off hard working Brits....oh and i give them one star because you can't give then nothing...i know where the hub is in the uk but as head office is in china you get sweet FA..my only corse is traiding standards as its a fire hazard..it going to cost them more than £60
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bought a camera that never arrived after contacting them they said we didn't have the product but never told me so I couldn't get a refund from Afterpay. They said new stocks due in 30 days so I waited.Of course nothing arrived I tried numerous times to email but my emails are rejected as spam.How do you talk to a company that throws your correspondence in the bin ????

Just installed a Sannce DVR to replace my old cctv recorder. I was expecting to have to struggle to get it to work with my existing cameras and to gain access via my mobile. In reality it was a 5 minute process with absolutely no issues. System is working well and ridiculously easy to install via set up wizard. Time will tell if buying , what I consider to be a cheap recorder was worth it. I’m very pleased so far.

Cameras went offline from my phone, tried to contact customer services but had to deal with the stupid robot which every question was replied to by a useless link. Not even replies to emails !!!!

Do not buy these Chinese junk. The customer service is a joke. They told me to reset everything thing and now all my cameras are offline and they haven't replied my email. I would give these crooks a a zero starts. Absolutely pathetic company avoid at all cost.

Bought a Sannce 8 Camera system 2 years ago and 3 of the cameras have lost their red night vision. Contacted support and they had me do a bunch of tests and claimed cameras need replacing. They dont support these cameras any more and said I would need to buy a whole new system for $1000. Never again. Ill buy a better known brand next time.

bought sannce wireless system with 8 cameras 2.5 years ago and now my NVR cant find the HDD. was trying to replace HDD but nothing happened. contacted sanncegroup but they said i must buy another NVR set with cameras because they don`t sell one without them, but cameras they selling separate. now I can put all this rubbish in to the bin.

Terrible. Recently changed broadband and my sannce camera will not connect. Emailed them so many times and not getting anywhere. Asked them to call as problem was taking so long and I've not received a response since then. Terrible to connect up.

Perfect. I also had password issues with my 8 camera system. Could not remember password. Contacted support and was answered next day due to time difference. After a few processes I was able to reset my password with a super password provided. Worked fine and system now accessible. This took a few days due to the time difference, so be patient. The support tech was fantastic and replied back quickly when in the right time space. Never had an issue with any Sannce product I have purchaced. They are great value for money.

After a power cut the system required a password that after a number of years I had forgotten. The process to reset was just ignored and efforts to contact customer support are ignored as well. Span folder checked and no replies.

I bought a 3 camera system for my house and was told that I would have to pay a subscription after 12 months. So, one year later, subscription paid, all I can do is store images from one camera and when I try to use live view on my phone, it crashes and closes the app.

brought a SANNCE 8 camera dvr set it all up worked brilliantly for 8 months then we had a power cut now i cant sign in tried changing password even if i have the original password or a new one it says password not recognised is says it hasn't a hhd even though there's a formatted 2tb hard drive connected. now my system isn't connected to the internet so i cant keep an eye on my garage and who's at my door or who's braking in my house through my laptop or my mobile i think its a very poor setup. but when you look at ANNKE they have exactly the same systems with a different name on them and there customer care is spot on even though they are the same company

This company and its support are absolute rubbish, after sending numerous emails they kept passing me to different departments. Whatever you do DONT buy the DT41FE system, it has a design fault that prevents fitting a Sata 3.5 HDD even though Sannce (someone called Friga from customer support) says you can.

Judging by the other reviews I must have been lucky... Self installed the 4 channel CCTV system and works fine. The picture quality is not the best in the world, especially from a distance, but close ups (when they're at your door) you can recognise, plus the main thing is that its a successful deterrent! The app works great - issue I have had is that I bought a standalone camera for internal use and hooked it up with the DVR. After a few months it lost the signal - contacted cust svs to be told it cannot connect to he DVR, just the app??
All in all it is OK, dated, and there are better Amazon owned versions out there now...

JUST TRASH

Don’t get these cameras plz plz plz, we got the 8 cameras installed soon after I started having problems with the night vision it’s all blacked out u can’t see a thing, n the person who install it Hamza I think from Pakistan lives in Melbourne IS A TOTAL SWINDLE. (BY DOING THIS BIG SCAM HE DOES’T EVEN REALISE THAT HE IS PUTTING HIS COUNTRY N PEOPLE DOWN) He charged us a fortune & didn’t wanna help with any issues I tried to contact him on several occasions but he checked my msgs n never responded, we treated him with respect n even cooked for him, he took 2 days to install it,n never gave me a docket or anything, his company is wolf tech something,plz be aware of these kind of scammers they just there to take Ur money, they don’t care about nothing, these kind of people could scam their own family

Connected dozens of wifi cams over the years but this one beats them all for unworkable instructions and a BIG FAIL to connect no matter what.

Had my saance CCTV installed by saance technician in Melbourne....didn't last long the cameras about 6 months...installer won't come out to look at it..the warranty means very little to him..he lives in S.E suburbs of Melbourne can't remember his name..but it could have been Hamsa...he was Indian ..I live in Western suburbs of Melbourne...now after 12 months 6 out of 8 cameras totally don't show night vision and when I've contacted him he says I played around with it and says he's to busy to come over ..new got a receipt he said he will send it to me...never got it...so I say this to anyone wanting to purchase a saance CCTV system in Melbourne...beware..the product is cheap rubbish and Hamsa who supplies and installs is not a nice person..if i could give 0 stars i would....that's my story

I ordered a cellphone charger on Feb 2, 2023, as of today, 13Feb, 2023, there is no any information from this store. I am not sure if my item will get delivered. Plus, they charged me $0.26 foreign transaction fee on top of $8.99, although it looks this store is in USA.
