I bought a camera based on the information that Sannce had written in AliExpress, and it was, that the camera could be used with Apple ios system. The camera worked for some years, but then it dit not work. Sannce told me, that from now it only work with Android. This is not acceptable.
This is why I have to warn others to buy Sannce products. You can not trust them.
Now I have to give the camera to someone who use Android.

Unbelievable! !!! No video from cameras ,system reboots every 45 seconds,QR code will not scan on my iPad or any of my 3 phones ,or tablet ,,,
Setup instructions are unclear and confusing ,being a computer builder and Linux developer doesn’t help here.

Won’t play back video or stay connected to my phone. Not worth having if you can’t review video or check you camera on your phone while out of town.

Purchased this cctv 4 camera 1080p dvr system and am thoroughly pleased with it. Reasonably straight forward to install and setup. I feel the quality and overall build is of a very good standard far superior to a home protect system i had previously. The lifetime support and free app is easy to install and configure also. I would 100% recommend Sannce.

I've purchased and installed a number of Sannce camera systems. The xPoE systems actually worked great. The POE system that also requires their Sannce Sight software, is the worst I've ever used. The cameras, on another brand of NVR were decent. From a professional with over 40 years experience in electronic security, avoid Sannce POE NVR. and be very careful purchasing their xPoE nvr.

Good picture quality, but whenever you install a hard drive to record it will fail. I've gone through 3 in 12 months.
Can't use app as no QR codes to set up. Email support is none existent also.
It's cheap for a reason

Don't waste your money with this company, the quality of the equipment is shocking.
I bought a 4 camera + NVR 5mp POE system and the image was good but any movement resulted in terrible motion blur like you have never seen.
Even the leaves on trees blowing in the wind were a blur let alone people and vehicles.
The fun starts when the IR night vision comes on I didn't know whether to laugh or cry, people walking slowly past were just smeared across the screen you could not tell if they were male or female (or even human) and you certainly could not tell what they were wearing.
Cars driving past just looked like smears of light with no way to I.D make or model.
There are no settings to adjust this problem or change the exposure time so it renders it useless.
Isn't the whole point of CCTV cameras to be able to to I.D people/vehicles in the event of a crime?
You could not hand over any footage to the police as it would be totally useless.
The NVR often locked up or restarted for no reason too.
I was offered a whopping £10 off though! lol.
Communication was prompt but they never actually suggested anything to help.
It seemed like they just didn't care with an "oh well tough s**t" attitude, they told me "these cameras do not support the motion" I took that to mean "our cameras are so poor they cannot record anything that moves".
To add insult they told me that it will be a huge hassle for me to send back the system so I would be better off just giving it away to someone! I don't know anyone I hate enough to do that to! And they really thought I would waste almost £200 by doing so, no way.
It all got sent back and I got a refund thankfully and I spent a bit more on a better well known make and now I'm happy!
AVOID!!

Bandits - do not waste your time or money with this company. Customer service is shocking, faulty secondhand products being sold as new. Then they direct you to eBay saying you can purchase there with discount which is far from the truth and is more expensive then any where else.

Bought a four camera wireless cctv system which I found very confusing to set up but eventually got there.
The cameras are actually pretty good but the worst part about this system is that it cant be turned off! When I am at home in my yard and garden all four cameras are picking up my every move and that of my dog and alerting me by an alarm message! Consequently my phone is going off all the time and the hard disc is filling up.I have to turn my mobile data off on my phone to stop the alerts coming in.I spoke to customer service and they confirmed that the system cant be turned off! Wish I had not bought it now.

Products are faulty and proof has been shown to the company! They are refusing a refund!!! CCTV does not work at all! Even 1* is too genuine... they deserve 0*

Customer service team are also USELESS

Installed system, first issue is that the mouse does not work so robbed mouse off Yale system I have installed. Second issue is one of the cameras has double vision.
Given the terrible reviews ie customer service I don't want to have that experience. KEEP AWAY FROM SANNCE CAMERAS.

Bought a 4 camera recordable system. Easy to install, easy to use.
Great graphics through my p.c. Much better than my previous purchase (different brand)
Would recommend to anyone with a small business.

I purchased a 8 channel system, installed it, everything worked fine, found in the configuration no matter how hard i tried the unit would only playback up to 4 channels maximum at a time, contacted support, told them I need a system that would record all 8 channels, was told the maximum playback was 4 channels, so I bought another system to run 2 boxes parallel so I can record all 8 channels at the same time. Did some google research, found out after wards that the unit records all 8 channels at the same time but you can only watch (playback) 4 channels simultaneously at a time. So spent double the money un-necessarily, due to lack of knowledge and or general poor attitude of seller. System developed a fault after 1 month where one of the cameras night vision had failed, contacted support, they confirmed the camera was faulty, I asked for a replacement, they told me I can buy another 2 cameras at a discounted rate of wait 14 days for them to send me another camera. Asked them how they are able to sell me a camera but not be able to provide a replacement for 15 days, they would not respond other than to make me run in circles driving me mad.

The company claims on Ebay to be an Australian seller and ships from Australia but it is actually a Chinese company shipping from a warehouse in Australia only so is not bound by consumer law and does not have an ABN either.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, FRAUDULENT WARRANTY CLAIMS, MISLEADING, DECEPTIVE AND GENERAL BAD ATTITUDE DISPLAYED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF. BUY AT OWN RISK, CHINESE SELLER THAT IGNORES CONSUMER LAW !

EBAY NO HELP EITHER, TELLS ME TO TALK TO THE SELLER AND WORK IT OUT, PAY PAL SAYS THE SAME ! SELLER UNCOOPERATIVE, you would think this sort of behavior would go against Ebay's acceptable use policy but even Ebay does not take any action on the seller.

VERY UNHAPPY, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, SPEND MORE AND BUY SOMETHING BETTER WITH LEGITIMATE WARRANTY AND SUPPORT.

DONT KNOW HOW LONG THE SYETM WILL LAST BUT AM NOT HOLDING MY BREATH, NOT EXPECTING LONG SERVICE LIFE CONSIDERING ONE OF THE CAMERAS HAVE ALREADY FAILED.

The CCTV failed 18 months after I installed it. The reason I chose their product over others was the “3 year warranty”. What they fail to mention anywhere in their advertising is that the 3 year warranty is BS. The warranty is 1 year and they give you a discount on a replacement for the other 2 years. The discount they offered me was $2. That’s insulting! Their customers service is unhelpful and idiotic. I also had an issue with one of the cameras which I emailed them about 4 times and never received a reply. Avoid them.

I Purchased a 2 camera cctv system from sannce over a month ago and it's still not up and running! The kit arrived with missing parts and when I contacted support about this the response was I had to buy the missing parts myself and they would refund me. When I bought the missing parts they turned out to be completely wrong for the kit anyway. Since then i think i have sent over 30 emails asking for a replacement or a refund to no avail. Avoid at all costs

After recent I phone upgrade in October 2020, I was no longer able to access camera remotely, was able to access with Wifi, there was no issues with this till upgrade. Contacted customer service after following all their suggestions still not able to access. Email received stating camera broken and no mention of issue with upgrade.
Would not recommend this company

Terrible quality product, broke within 1 year and the customer support and liars.

Installed 4 ch 5mp poe nvr system used for around 4 weeks and 1 camera developed a fault and was unuseble, emailed support who never replied. Cleary states that a warranty is offered when purchasing. Stay clear of this company they take your money and run. Buy a proper cctv like hikvision

I have had Sannce cctv with 8 camera system since 2015 from Amazon uk and as of now have NOT had any problems with it, everything works ok all I have had to change is the mouse as it was running really slow when putting password in after 4 years, cant see why some people are so negative, for the price you pay if you install it properly you should get good results.

Up graded to a 16 ch system after initial 8 ch failed.
16 ch works OK with good pictures.
I had a problem with 1 camera with a poor daytime image.
After several e mails to customer support requesting some extra checks from my end they replaced the camera within 3 days. Customer service helpful with prompt replies usually within 12 hours due to the time difference between UK and China
Original system lasted 7 years without a problem apart from 1 camera failure after 3 years.
Budget price but so far so good.
Purchased through Amazon so they have to honour the warranties as they are the seller.
