I didn't even want to give this 1 star. Just a warning to everyone out there do not waste your money on this company, I brought a security system with them in 2018 to be told it has 3 years warranty. 2019 its broke doesn't work got in contact with company, to be informed my 3 years warranty has run out 🤔🤔🤔🤔 but they will give me 10% discount if I buy a new one. They must think I'm thick. Spend a little more money and go else where. But I will fight this and go all the way, social media, newspapers, court. Sick to the back teeth of companys thinking it's ok to rip people off all the time thinking they can get away with it. NOT THIS TIME.

Warranties are not honored. I bought 7 sets and 3 broke down after couple of months. Their support people will use every excuse under the book to waste your time. I have lodged a case with Trading Standards and also with my bank to try and get my money back. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH ANNKE or SANNCE

Really poor equipment, with no support from the manufacturer. The old saying is you buy cheap you get cheap, I was asked to install this for a customer, would not recommend.

Just updated my I phone that sannce said it needed and now it does not work at all. Don't do the up date are you will loose your connection.

Video loss in Sannce 4CH 720P HD IP Camera PoE with Display and IP Camera. The model skips 5-10 seconds in playback, means it did not record for this skipped time and it has lost some frames. I tried to reach the company, they sent me info links of another company ANNKE, not helpful. The support, discussion forum, blog links on the website are no help. Search box is limited and does not give any results of technical issues. Overall this company has very bad customer support for technical assistance.

Camera is in warranty, its stop working because it has water inside it which you can see in the lens of the camera. I emailed sannce regards the problem with pictures and proof of purchase. No ANSWER. I emailed a second time still NO ANSWER. Sannce is not a good company. STAY AWAY I WOULD SAY

Dishonest company that do not stand by there warranty.
DO NOT BUY they are based in China no Australian ABN !

The warranty they give you is not worth anything. My CCTV system failed less than 9 months after purchase and they refused to honor the warranty even though it clearly states on their website that new products come with 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. Their support people will use every excuse under the book to waste your time. I have lodged a case with Consumer Affairs and also with my bank to try and get my money back. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH ANNKE or SANNCE

Was modorately well when it worked and never sent replacement leads for the ones that didn't work, but the 3 year warranty isn't worth anything and the DVR is dead the supplier doesn't care, the finger went up and a can't touch us we're in China, even though they tell everyone they are in Australia.

bought a cctv system from this company for £207 and had it fitted for£200 from an electrician as i was not sure about doing it my self.once fitted the picture on all four cameras was perfect.at night though one of the four cameras was really poor quality and flashing.i contacted sannce customer support and was give a set of tests to carry out so they could determine if it was the camera,cable or recorder input connector.it was still the same,perfect at daylight but one of the four cameras was really poor.i contacted them again and was told to repeat the tests and also sent a picture and short video of the problem which i did.next day i asked them to send me a returns label for the one camera and send out a replacement.yet again they asked me to carry out the same test,which i did again.still the night vision on the one camera out of four was wrong.i never asked them for a refund just a replacement camera.now they want me to take the whole system down and send it back at my expense and also loose the money i paid having it installed.if i cant get a replacement camera because one was sent faulty then i doubt the 1 year warranty will be worth the paper its written on.take my advice avoid this company they are only interested in taking your money,they have no interest in customer support..
