Works well.

I've had this system for about two years. It works well and the set up was easy. No complaints.

Edit. Just read the other reviews.
I have an 8 channel wired system. The only failure so far has been the 240v plug pack, easily replaced. No problem with the cameras as other people state but they only cost $20 each on eBay. Image quality is fine. If you change internet passwords, the app will fail. Reinstall the app using a new q code generated by the system.

I should have read the reviews on trust…

I should have read the reviews on trust pilot first. I probably wouldn’t have been surprised when the app failed after a upgrade. The camera system is now 6 months old and so far working on all 4 channels. It was cheap and I had my doubts but the image quality is ok and the recordings are easy to rewind and view. I haven’t wasted my time entirely as the holes drilled into my house Took the most effort and will outlast the system. I can then replace with something Better
Ok it’s been a year and the app has improved and stuff still works ! I’m now happy with my purchase. The hardware has survived a wet winter and very dry summer and video quality is good on all cameras. Turned out good in the end. Happy to recommend this system after all

Sannce camera failed after two years…

Sannce camera failed after two years and they have adised that there are no replacement available in Australia so I asked for an overseas agent and they won’t help and just advise the camera is not replaceable. Useless overseas call centre and support. Don’t waste your money on poor quality goods and service

Poor Quality - Short life - Avoid.

I bought one of Sannce systems in 2016. It came with 4 cameras, 2 of which have failed already (2020, just over 3yrs). Both cameras have in the same fashion. Inputs and cables have been swapped but fault follows the camera. Clearly this is a poor design and/or poor quality to have failed so early in their expected life. Sannce support is non existent. Best they could offer is to sell me another 4 cameras at 20% off list price. Well I guess buying 4 gives me 2 spare for when the next 2 fail, hmm!

My advice is avoid Scannce unless you are really happy with replacing cameras so often. Scannce kit does not meet "satisfactory quality" requirement of UK law but Scannce don't care. That tells you all you need to know about Scannce and their kit.

Purchased 4 cameras which all 4 are faulty
After 29 emails still no response
Worst company I have ever dealt with
Will not repair or replace advertised with 3 years warranty but have no warranty at all
Should be banned from selling products in Australia

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company, don't adhere to their own returns policy.

DVR unit didn't work from day one, made me buy and test new hard drives and then still refused to allow me to return the unit.

I have never dealt with a worse company for service,

Not to mention the seriously slow response times

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Camera wasnt even switched on 24 hours or placed outside yet and it stopped working.
Emailed the company, was a big time difference so could only get them first thing in the morning. There was also clearly a language barrier as they were not understanding what I was telling them. Went round and round in circles and were just plain rude. Passed the matter onto amazon without letting me know.
Sannce took no responsibility for the camera.
Got a cheeky email from them 2 days later saying there agent had tried to contact me to see if the matter had been resolved. I had not been contacted off them once

It has been said before but they are not even worth 1 star keep well away do not buy this rubbish when it breaks they will offer you nothing they have no conscience they just want to take your money beware and take note they are rubbish keep well away let’s hope soon they are gone from the market place

Cheap rubbish- buy cheap buy twice

Cheap rubbish available only on online auction sites. Have only experienced this pure rubbish when stripping out and putting in bin, would never use. Ive been an engineer for 18 years now and one of the worst ive seen.

Bought Sannce IP ip21ag cam.

Problem is that even type code is the same, they are not compatible with the same viewer software.

This is real crap.

Don’t buy these cameras if you do not won’t to use an app for each camera separately.

Avoid - No warranty or replies from the company

The company offers no warranty for repair or replacement but my system was bought with a 3 year warranty.

It went wrong after 18 months with the poe ports failing. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from them as the quality of the system and support is very poor.

It's cheap but don't expect warrenty.

We've bought a fair bit of Sannce stuff as its dirt cheap and works in a crunch but we've had a few bits go faulty and getting support via them is near impossible it appears.
They just keep coming back to you asking have you tried X, Y, Z.

And I keep explaining I've already answered all your potential question in previous message A, B, and C so have a copy of that message as it clearly already answered your question.

Luckily we buy it all through amazon so as long as they have the same item in stock I feel no harshness just ordering a new one and returning it via amazon.

Disreputable company

Cheap equipment. Wireless system worked okay for less than a year then NVR became faulty. I bought a new NVR but new item arrived without antenna. I requested Sannce send missing parts but they replied that they don’t supply “accessories”. I said supplying a wireless system without antenna is like a car without wheels. After several weeks of getting nowhere with them, I lodged a complaint with PayPal. Sannce did not respond to my complaint and fortunately I was able to recover my money. This company has cheap, nasty equipment which will not last and terrible customer service. AVOID buying anything from them.

No replacement under 12 months warranty

My camera was under warranty and within 7 months it stopped working. I asked Sannce to replace and Sannce replied to buy new one and they will give £1 discount. My camera was under warranty and Sannce refused to replace under warranty.

I would advise think before you buy because they will not replace under warranty, instead you have to full price for product but Sannce will say it is for freight.

WARNING! DO NOT BUY SANNCE

WARNING!! DO NOT BUY! It's not even worth 1 star. Would give negative stars if I could. Product stops working if you forget your password. It won't even reconnect to any network after doing a factory reset. Basically it's a single use product if you decide to move homes or change IP. Technical support couldn't even diagnose the issue. DO NOT BUY! You buy a cheap product, you get a cheap product.

Sannce wifi camers took a update and stopped working

System was working great for about two years. This morning woke up and it's like it took an update last night and will not load. Its stuck on the turn on screen sannce. Will not go any further. I've tried everything.. power off, reset wifi, unplug it all. Tap mouses a million times. Not happy.
