No Customer service!

Absolutely, No customer service! or any other way to contact them. I made an order and they shipped part of it over a month ago and the last part of my order has still failed to ship . They are No company that I will ever deal with again! I reckon the little they ripped me off is well worth the lesson. And I know for a fact it has already cost them more. I'm making dang sure for now on, that at the very least that I can contact shipping if there's an issue. I would recommend anyone else to do the same. Sannce completely ignored emails and calls , try it for yourself first .

Buy anything but not a Sannce DVR you will get no Help!!

Not sure why you have to give them a star to leave a revue it would be easier to get a ticket on Bransons rocket !!!. than get help form Sannce
I put the app on my phone not realizing it would transfer to password to the unit, well it does, and i can no longer access the dvr. Only in use for a week or so. I have contacted them 8 times, taking up to 9 days at a time to get a reply, they tell you to get back to them for help and reply above the hash marks, you can't so try a reply, the email comes bouncing back some days later, yet it's a valid address, so you start a new ticket which takes days,
for them to read it !!, no phone contact, the company is a joke and a waste of my hard earnt money, they need the date on the screen,
They then generate a password from it, and sent it , but it only had 30 mins before it expired, I was out, back to messaging again, Alex was helpful but sadly did not have the date,they gave me ones that were not good, again you can not let them know,someone else did the same, nothing worked, I worked in the MOD yes I would expect this kind of security, but not on a DVR basicaly for home use, I have wasted so much time and being woke up at 2 am and getting straight to the dvr, no codes worked despite they had the right details, absolute joke, just buy any make not sannce, having said that, i did contact Annke, this is a sister company of Sannce, so helpful and you can speak to a real person !!! they could not help me as had no details, but what a difference, the power supply only lasted on mine for 15 hours and packed up, no mention of helping me out will one, so used an old one .year old but worked. During the last 3 years I have had so much to cope with my wife having covid so bad she was to die within the hour while on the ventilators, Survived, but at what cost,now has so much wrong her, and i need these cameras to watch her when I have to go out as with all her illnesses she also has dementia from it. I did tell them, did it make a difference............. OF COURSE IT DIDNT !!
If you read this Sannce , "Get your act together" this is dreadful service and mess !!!!

NO! NO! DON'T BUY!

NO! NO! DON'T BUY! Worst purchase I ever made. No telephone or chat customer support what so ever. Only email. Most of the time email is returned in as much as 3-5 days (if at all). Night time picture playback quality is so bad you can't even recognize yourself. Cameras disconnect all the time. Sound does not work. What good are these cameras? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT.

Do NOT ever buy any Sannce product

Do NOT ever buy any Sannce product. At only 17 months old the DVR unit failed and they no longer make that model. They can offer nothing that is compatible with the 8 Sannce cameras I have so the £300 system is scrap. The Sannce app. has been a total joke from day one. Sometimes it works, but most days it doesn't. There is no such thing as customer support just some person in china e-mailing you back bits from the handbook !

Disappointed with Sannce

I purchased cctv at a friends reccomendation it worked but having so many passwords for various things I forgot my password. Sent an email to company no response tried to call the number no response . The info the provided in manual doesn't work. Waste of money . Would rate a zero to be honest. You get no help form this company. I would not reccomend.

I bought a SANNCE wireless security…

I bought a SANNCE wireless security system 2weeks ago. Had nothing but trouble getting 500 plus motion detection warning emails a day, worse at night (car headlights set off warnings) even though cameras are over 10 metres from roadside. Sensitivity set at lowest setting and every 2 -3 minutes warning emails. One of the cameras has stopped working and still waiting for customer support to contact me now on 3rd day of waiting. Second camera now playing up. Peoples shadows and sunshine going behind clouds sends warnings. There seems to be no Gaurentee manufactures warranty with these systems. My advice don’t buy this CRAP it’s not fit for purpose

I lost my password

I lost my password. It's been three weeks asking for help and nothing.

Just an automated email and no customer service as they say their phone is not working (a total lie) and nothing after that.

DO NOT INSTALL THEIR SYSTEM. I WARN YOU THEY ARE THE WORSE Company EVER FOR CCTV.

Garbage company support

We purchased a 6 camera system, never set a password..yet it keeps asking for our password in order to use the playback feature….Have contacted the useless support…they give us super passwords that do not work..they take a day to get reply to emails.nothing they suggest works..so we have a system that doesn’t work..we will likely dump entire thing and buy one that actually works but never use Sannce again.

Sannce's Junk WiFi Camera System.

I purchased a 4 camera system 7 months ago. One camea has ceased working completely, while a 2nd camera functions only intermittently. Contacted the Sannce website Customer Care requesting they exchange the cameras. Advised by Sannce they will only replace faulty equipment if it is less than 3 months old. Anything over the three months, replacement items can only be purchased for full price. "Company policy" is the default response although not mentioned on the website at all. Repeated complaints on 7 occassions to Sannce have been answered with the same banal automated translator response.

I now have to invest in a completely new system and foot installation costs for the 2nd time in 7 months.

Avoid buying Sannce equipment at all costs as customers are only inviting disappointment and wasting their money. Customer Care is non existent as obviously all responses are determined offshore. There is obviously no pride in the product while also displaying a complete disregard to Australian Consumer Law.

My advice to anyone contemplating Sannce cameras is purchase at your own peril. Pay a little extra from the outset for a named brand as dealing with the opportunistic dishonesty of Sannce and its so called representatives will end up costing you more.

Sannce cameras are unreliable, of abysmal quality, and at the end of the day expensive junk.

Fraud and Cheater company

Fraud and Cheater company. I have bought their CCTV System from their website. since I got I am facing issue as cameras are not working properly. I have complained to them and no reply. when I sent email on their support email address it came back with message saying this email has bounce back as companies inbox is full which shows this company is Fraud and they just take money from you and run away. My order number is 1325 from 16th June and Ticket numbers are 1750875, 1751453, 1753802, 1753803, 1753805

DO NOT BUY! Product damaged and company will charge for replacement

DO NOT BUY SANNCE!! I ordered a rather expensive Sannce security system. After setting up, I could not get the hard drive to work or record. I contacted Sannce and they confirmed my hard drive was faulty on arrival but they refused to replace it because it had been 30 days, but the system is so outdated and complicated its near impossible to get it set up within 30 days. They told me I would have to pay more money to get a replacement system. Now I'm stuck with this garbage security system and have no choice but to pay more money to get it working. DO NOT BUY! Search for a better brand. These are trash and the company is worthless.

HORRIBLE customer service

If I could give them a ZERO stars, I would. The company categorically REFUSES to support their products. They are obtuse AT BEST, and generally incompetent!

For example, the weather-tight seals that cover the USB port falls off quite easily. When I went to recharge the battery on my camera, I noticed that the seal was missing. When I inquired about buying a replacement, their response was "Contact the vendor you purchased it from". The vendor says to contact Sannce

THEY ARE THE DAMNED MANUFACTURER, WHY CAN'T THEY SUPPLY REPLACEMENT PARTS.

STAY AWAY FROM SANNCE PRODUCTS

Really cheap nasty cameras with crap…

Really cheap nasty cameras with crap picture quality.
I got a POE system to replace my old system that had been in reliable use for 15 years but honestly my old standard definition gear was better.
Tried to get this rectified by Sannce but they didn't want to know and was a huge struggle to get them to agree to have it back and give me a refund.
Total waste of time.

3 year warranty only lasts 6 months.

I purchased an 8 camera system in January 2021. Came with a 3 year warranty. Part of the system is faulty and they now refuse to replace the faulty parts as it's more than 6 months old. To me, this is nothing but a scam. Their system is poor quality, keeps giving problems and they just ignore the 3 year warranty they sold the system with. Avoid this company. They'll take your money and leave you with faulty equipment.

Superb Sannce to the rescue again

Once again I am pleased to write a positive review about the Sannce company whose support is absolutely brilliant. I suspect that many of my current issues with my CCTV DVR are down to operator error [me] but Sannce are always ready and quick to help me and resolve any issues I have. I have an eight camera CCTV system with DVR and three internal cctv cameras and sannce support have helped me with installing and maintaining these items for over five years. If I move home I will certainly be purchasing more Sannce equipment Robin Ward
