Assembled a brand new jewellery stand, and it instantly snapped. I contact customer service as this was a birthday present. Got told to buy a new one, as I didn’t have a product purchase number. Just shocking service.
Faulty flower measuring spoons with pot
Received flower measuring spoons with a pot as a birthday gift, two of the spoons did not fit into the slots on the pot. Rather than reaching out to my friend who gifted me the item I emailed Sass & Belle and provided photos. Received a response advising me they cannot help without knowing my friends name, where she ordered the item and order number! I was under the impression the dominant would replace item as obviously it is from a faulty batch. I’m not sure I would consider ordering from this company even though they have some lovely items. Unresponsive customer service, bad product
Ordered a Christmas ornament which was described as glass. On arrival, it was clearly mostly made of plastic, broken, and had a large black splotch on it. I contacted them to arrange a refund and they never responded. I had to open a Paypal dispute, but luckily they found in my favour immediately. If you have to order from Sass&Belle, definitely use a third party payment processor so you don't get stuck doing a chargeback when they ignore you.

My first order and sadly my last which is disappointing as they do have a great selection of Christmas tree decorations. Each year I buy all my grandchildren a Christmas bauble I felt their website a good find sadly though the customer service was disappointing. I returned a decoration as it was way too BIG, I felt the website picture was misleading and due to this I was hoping for a full refund. After taking into account the cost of the return postage and losing a three for two discount I think I recouped £5 from an £11 ornament. It would have been more beneficial to keep it but it was hideous! Check sizes carefully do not rely on the item picture or the good will of this company.

The delivery process was very slow but got there in the end. Ordered the 'hand' incense holder. The images show the incense stick standing vertical, which is exactly what I wanted but no, the hole is too big so the stick just flips to the side. Not very useful at all.

Everything went perfectly and the product (a waterbottle) was of good quality.

I ordered two items and one arrived broken, which was likely the fault of the delivery company and not of Sass and Belle. Upon reporting the damage I got a response from Sass and Belle customer service on the same day, and a replacement item arrived within three working days. I am extremely satisfied with the product and the customer service.

Rubbish customer service
Item took a long time to arrive with very few updates, then it arrived damaged so I immediately got in touch to request a refund. The auto-reply email said someone would be in touch within 5 working days, no one was so I replied again asking for the details to return the item and still got no reply.
Very slow and very poor customer service
My order took around 2 weeks to arrive and when it did, an item was missing. I emailed them immediately to query this.
I waited a week for a response and after hearing nothing, I requested a refund for the item through PayPal. Funnily enough, the day after I got the refund, I did then receive a response from them apologising for the delay and offering me a refund. They stated that the item was out of stock during packing. Nice of them to inform me of this!
I won't be using them again, which is a shame as the items I did receive were nice but bad customer service can make or break an experience.

Ok product. Delivery about 9 days late and the packaging was absolutely awful. How it didn't break is beyond me. Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Won't be using again!
Expense not to last
Around a year ago I brought 12 of the glazed mugs (that aren’t cheap) in a mixture of colours.. I only have two left, the others have all cracked and leaked.
The first two I complained about but as one by one they’ve broken I have decided not to rebuy them but to look elsewhere for a nice set.
Disappointing Customer Service
They have some great products that I’ve collected but first time ordering on their website.
A vase I got was hand painted but when it arrived it looked chipped, strange marking on it. It was a small vase so the finishing error looked even more noticeable.
When contact customer service they have a PO Box address to send back to but they don’t refund.
So basically, if you’re unhappy with something you order it will cost you to send it back.
Mechanical fault but refused refund for postage
Bought an umbrella from them a few months ago and although only lightly used, the opening mechanism has already failed and the umbrella doesn’t stay open. I got a quick refund for the item but was refused a refund for the postage even though this is clearly a mechanical fault within the expected lifespan of the item. Will not buy from them again.
Asked for help and clarification on mug quality and cleaning
Contacted company as finding it extremely difficult to get rid of tea/coffee stains on lower half of Mojave Black mugs.
Had to soak and scrub mug to reduce staining.
Sass and Belle not interested or had any ideas of how to clean these mugs.
Would not buy again from them. The rough lower exterior really hard to stop staining.
Really low quality items
Really low quality items. Received my order today and even though I had bought things on sale they still weren't worth the price. The items smell funny and are very dusty. I don't recommend buying from this company at all.
TERRIBLE POOR SERVICE!
Such a poor service. Ordered items in beginning of April and was supposed to receive them in May! Then they said June!! Now July! It’s just a joke! They take your money and you don’t get the goods you ordered! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
