Lovely sauces prompt delivery loved the burger sauce

I've now ordered multiple bundles as thoroughly enjoyed each of the scauces that we have tried .. fully coverted from the usual big brands for good now.

Incredible flavours, real ingredients and a great price! Got the family bundle a few weeks back and I will be back for another in no time. I've already made my way through the majority of the bundle, the stir in sauces have all been delicious, the hot sauces are next level on chicken wings and my view on brown sauce for breakfast has completely changed :P

Great offers on a range of sauces, bought the big bundle and then went back and put together my own selection with a few repeats but also trying a few new things. Lovely sauces with fresh ingredients and no nasties in there. We had no delivery issues and not sure why people are marking down the company for them, go review the courier if they were your problem!

We ordered the big bundle on offer. The sauces were all lovely, definitely something for everyone! We tried things we probably wouldn't have chosen and the Breakfast Sauce is now a firm favourite. It's nice to have hot sauces that aren't afraid to be HOT! The summer sauces were really tasty and the seasonings were nice too- I usually find these are too salty. Highly recommend trying these!

I haven't come across a sauce from these guys that I haven't loved! It's far too difficult to choose a favourite as they are all so different - a sauce for every occasion. Every sauce, simmer sauce, seasoning tastes fresh and natural - no added sugars or preservatives at all. Delivery is always prompt and well-packaged too - great products and great service every time!

We love Sauce Shop sauces. Proper ingredients, and great flavours. I don't think I could have any other mayonnaise now!

Really can’t fault this company. A great range of sauces, all delicious, well packaged and delivered quickly. I find excuses to use the sauces on whatever I can! The habanero ketchup is HOT! Be warned! Both the Chipotle and Lime aioli and the burger sauce are stand outs, superb! Keep doing what you’re doing sauce shop, as as Forest fan I love the Nottingham links too!

Best buffalo sauce I've tried.

Order a bundle, everything tasted delicious and is free of nasty ingredients. The spicy breakfast sauce is the stand out winner for me, would definitely recommend.

Game changer!

The best sauce on the market. First tried Sauce Shop a year or so back when I was looking for a buffalo sauce and seen it in the local supermarket.

Since then. I have been obsessed! Buffalo, mustard and the honey siraccha are prob my favs but all of them hit different. The tomato sauce also deserves a special mention.

I emailed the sauce shop regarding a delayed order and was immediately sent a replacement, as my 1st order seems to have got lost. I'm so impressed with their service! Also the best sauces on the market, in my opinion. So natural tasting, I even use the bottle sauces, something I would never normally do! Intense flavour means a little goes a long way

I have no idea how people l are giving such high ratings! The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the people I have spoken to have been polite.
I ordered 2 bundles for Father’s Day, still haven’t received my orders. They have lost my order 2 or 3 times now. Each time I have to chase for an update. Tried to be understanding as it sounds like they’ve had a nightmare that’s out of their control but the lack of communication and update is ridiculous. £80 out of pocket still so have today decided to give up and request a refund. You would think there would be an element of hypercare given that most of their customers have been let down multiple times but it seems unless you chase you get nothing. I was offered some “freebies” as an apology which ended up being 2 bottles of free sauce - not particularly generous considering the situation. Now I need to find 2 fathers days gifts to replace these!

The order arrived sooner than expected, and everything was packed with care – no leaks, no dented bottles, just a box of pure saucy goodness ready to hit the table.

Very good communication-

Although my order was lost not once, but twice, they were very apologetic and kept me well informed and added free gifts!

I personally don't like hot sauce, but my hubby says it's delicious!

So far I have had the sauce family box a range of everything simmer sauce and food sauces they CANNOT be beaten on taste I love ALL the flavors.. also have the whole range of summer sauce that I use in my slow cooker YUMMM.... What more can I say the variety box is so useful a taste of everything!! I made an inquiry about a delivery today!! And it was dealt with immediately!! B... Solve!! Even though this was not due to a problem with them.. SORTED out in under an hour... Unreal... It's the only shop I buy my sauce from now and in future!! Delicious 😋

I paid for goods on Monday the website said express delivery, by Thursday my goods had not been shipped, so I contacted the company and was assured my goods would go out Thursday and I would get them Friday, Friday comes and my goods still havnt been shipped, I contact the company again and I'm just belt fed excuses oh yeah a label has been printed, we're seeing orders leave, and then the you should have your goods by Tuesday, in this day and age how is over 7 days express delivery?

Edit 1 order arrived Saturday, however it was deficient an item which again shows lack of attention to detail and a general lack of care for customers, phoned this morning and was told it would be sent for delivery we will wait and see how long this takes
