Definately the knowledge and friendliness of the Engineers. Nothing is ever to much trouble for them to sort and they are always calm which makes me feel so much better. Especially David Britten, he has been with us since the beginning of our journey, sorting everything out and keeping us updated at all times.

After years of dealing with EE directly — and the stress that came with it — moving to SCG has been a breath of fresh air. They give me access to all of the major carriers without the hassle, and the difference in service has been incredible.

They are attentive, responsive and competitively priced, with excellent project management throughout. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Exactly what I had been looking for.

Our number ports were handled flawlessly, SIM cards arrived pre-labelled and ready to go, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

Had issues accessing Networks/Non Microsoft Apps following an upgrade on computer. Same day response on a ticket and contacted shortly after initial request.
All done and complete within 10-15 mins with help on mails and set up whilst waiting for items to upload.
Liz the engineer involved gave every assistance and has the patience of a saint.

My elderly parent was without a phone line for awhile. Matt took the call and was brilliant and reconnected this remotely and made certain that the phone and TV were back online. Very calm and easy to deal with first class!

Great customer service from Archie. Responded quickly to a fault and kept us informed.

We moved onto SCG hosted telephone system and were trained and aided by Keian. The whole switch over went through with no issues at all and Keian was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and only "handed" us back to customer services when we were competent with the system and had no further questions. The system works extremely well and I would recommend it.

Prompt attention after call and very patient gentlemen in helping me with my problem

Could not access internet as wi-fi adapter fault diagnosed. You informed me that you had reset my password to cure it but a spelling error meant it still did not work. I then checked the password, discovered the fault, corrected it and then wi-fi was restored.

This worst service ever experienced, taken weeks to sort out a problem with the microphone. The speaker now has a problem and the laptop is now stuck in admin mode. Still not resolved !
