We have had a nightmare journey trying to find school trousers for my grandson until we found school Uniform Shop they were absolutely brilliant in giving us advice to us pre purchase response to emails were excellent nothing was too much trouble thank you so much guys .

I ordered trousers in 3 different sizes and they arrived within days. I tried them on my son and chose the best fit and returned the other 2 and received a refund within days. I then reordered more of the correct size and they too arrived in days. Will definitely recommend and most definitely use the school uniform shop again.

My Daughter is quite tall & very slim for her age (11yrs). We’d looked in all the high street stores for skirts & trousers for secondary school and to get them long enough the waist was enormous on her, they looked ridiculous & fell down! I found the school uniform shop & was so pleased to see I could order by waist & length to get the perfect fit. I got both skirt & trousers and they are lovely, really nice quality material, beautiful fit & she likes them, brilliant! There was an issue when I ordered the skirt but the communication from them was excellent and it was quickly resolved. Would highly recommend.

They have such a brilliant range of uniform for all sizes including an extra tall slim girl who wants trousers. There returns process for the pair that didn't fit was easy and was dealt with quickly. Great company to use.

Bought some trousers, polo shirts and cardigans, arrived quickly and the quality was pretty good. Price was reasonable enough so i could buy multiples of each.

AVOID!!! I ordered 2 packs of blouses and they only sent one pack. Called - no answer. Emailed - no answer. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I won't be back.

I do not recommend this store, I have been waiting for the correct order since September 10. the first one was returned and I received the wrong product again!! I do not recommend shopping here. The child has been without the appropriate P.E. kit for more than 2 weeks and now I will wait again for the correct product!!

Brilliant company to buy off. The standard if clothing is excellent. I had an anomaly with the sizing (I ordered too small) they dealt with my email immediately and an exchange came to me very promptly. I have used this company for two years now as they do not quibble and look after their customers very well. Thank you 😊

I did eventually get an email from your colleague Luke telling me to have patience, but when I then emailed to ask for a further update, I never got a response at all. Phone lines still don’t work.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of school shorts (cost £36 which is expensive) for my little boy who has just started school and they never arrived. I called the customer service line but you just an automated voiceover saying lines are open 9.30-4.30 but no one actually answers the phone. I also emailed but never got a response. I’m very disappointed. Please don’t use this website or waste your money.

Ordered from here last minute as I couldn't find what I needed in the shops. The description and delivery were absolutely fantastic. Will be shopping here again next time I need clothes for my son.

Ordered uniform from the school uniform shop website last week for daughter going back to school. I bought David Luke products which I have always found to be best and this site gives good value for this brand. They arrived the next day delivery as promised. I’ve ordering my childrens schoolwear from this Uniform Shop last year and gave them another try and I’m pleased to say it was another good experience. The quality is excellent so things last as long as they fit. Fast arrival, and a return that was needed was perfectly easy. Customer service when I’ve been in touch was great and professional.
