Poor customer service re online purchase
I ordered a planter. Had previously ordered the same in a different colour. It arrived and was a much larger size. First the guy on the phone for online sales tried to convince me that there wasn’t a big difference between the large and the small. Like he wanted me to keep it, though he then agreed a delivery exchange. Today a courier did the exchange; so I was prepared to forget the mixup as I now had the right item. Then at 6pm tonight I got an aggressive call from someone called Paul arguing that the one I returned was the same size. I pointed out it wasn’t (I’ve the original I’d bought for size comparison. Despite this he kept arguing with me it was, and that I’d ‘cost him £60’. Eurgh won’t ever shop there again

I think it took like 3 days to get my package and I was honestly impressed with how fast it got here so s/o to the store and awesome delivery drivers out there.
I ordered the D-Class personnel shirts for me and my wife and they look AMAZING. I love all the detail they put into the shirts, they are also super light (perfect because it is hot in FL).
I am very excited to order from this site again.
