The product information on the Scruffs…3D work trousers.
The product information on the Scruffs website was comprehensive. The products arrived quickly, were well packaged and exactly as required. My husband is delighted with his new work trousers, a replacement for the same product which has proved comfortable, hard wearing and easy to launder. They are everything they are described and need to be. Worth every penny.

Still have not received my item
Still have not received my item, UPS did not leave in a safe place or try a neighbour, but instead took to a collection point miles away from my house. I contacted scruffs who offered no solution, now I have no item and have had no response regarding my refund

Quality clothes, incorrect availability
I love the quality of Scruffs workwear, better than any other I’ve tried. Annoyingly though the size I ordered wasn’t available even though it went through online, instead I had delivered the two items I only purchased to go above £100 for free delivery.

The trousers are a lot longer than the last pairs I bought in the same size. Supposed to be short, but are longer than before. Quality seems the same, so no complaint there.

Not what I expected from a leading workboot
Scruffs hardwear boots.
I don’t wear them every day so I thought they would last longer than 3 months. They are disintegrating from the inside. The heel support is plastic and Bits of plastic keep falling in my socks. Every day I have to prise the lace hooks open because the hooks bend and trap the lace so they can not be undone. Cheap junk made to look good. But even that is only for a week or two.!
Added after contacting scruffs...
They refused to take responsibility. 27.9.21☹️

Don’t care when you want to return items
Slow at getting back to you via email. Seem to loose interest when you want to return something for a refund. Ill informed about returns and have ended up paying £10 of my own money to return something for a refund. Told that this wouldn’t be reimbursed so I’ll take my money elsewhere in future.
