Can't get in touch with the local store. Nothing is mentioned about the difficulty contacting the store once order is placed.

Got text @ 6.31 saying delivery is 8.20-8.45, then phone call @ 6.57 saying they are 15 minutes away, then 7.09 rang & said they were by the gate, I said “no you’re not by the gate” he insisted he was, I had to go & look for them & they were near a block of garages by number 16, they could barely speak/understand English, when my husband asked if there was any paperwork they didn’t understand, so he said “instructions” so he just showed him how to use the recliner which we knew, we found the paperwork ourselves after they had gone

On time very careful with my home took his shoes off as I have a cream new carpet very professional

Came early and at notified time.

Furniture is lovely, just the bottom part is coming out and away, when Inspecting closely, their is a few screws missing and some are wobbly, iv taken pictures and a video.

I'll be round to see scs tomorrow as I'm not happy , but this can be easily resolved I hope

Sofa was delieved this morning as planned and earlier than the allocated time slot. Which was fantastic. Both the delivery guys where great and got my sofa in no problem. Taking the time and care not to mark any walls or the sofa. They were also extremly polite and asked me to remove items which they thought would catch or get in the way like lamp shades etc. They removed all packaging, so was left with no mess at all. The sofa is well built and so comfortable and definatly worth the money. Overall the service from the day we purchased it instore to ongoing commication, and finally to delivery. I couldnt be happier. Would recomend to use SCS and there service again. Fantastic job and fantastic sofa. Thank you!

Communication with the team that delivered the suite was commendable, we knew from 6.30 am and were able to follow the tracking link, they also rang to confirm approx time of delivery.
They were professional and competent at delivering and assembling the settee and chair, taking all the packing away

Amandeep was very helpful when we were choosing our new sofa, advising on size, materials and colours available.
The delivery day went very smooth, we received emails and texts informing us of the estimated time of delivery and updated on the morning with a more accurate time. The delivery arrived within the timeframe given by the very helpful and polite delivery guys.

We were kept up to date with the delivery date, time slot and whereabouts of the delivery team with emails, text and a phone call. The team were courteous and careful when delivering, unpacking and setting up our new sofas. They made sure we were happy with everything before leaving, taking all the packaging with them. My review is only about the delivery of my sofa. The staff in the Cannock branch was very good.
The delivery people walked in to my living room with wet boots which dirtied my freshly mopped floor and brought in small pieces of leaves etc. The packaging was removed from the sofa and then the fabric from the side of the sofa was on the dirtied floor before it was put in to its legs. I would have thought the delivery crew would have put shoe protectors on before entering the property.

Infact they didn't speak at all only to say sign here. We wasn't asked where we would like our sofa or anything at all. The man who was putting it together decided to stop what he was doing for a while and watch the football we had on tv. So we switched it off.
I watched as they pushed the sofa off the van and fought to get it on the wheel truck.
( Luckily no damage)
I can't think of anything positive to say other than if they don't like what they are doing they should change their job..

Very pushy for sales, you are pounced on as soon as you walk through the door. Just wanted to look to compare what we have seen in other shops and you are followed around being asked questions and what your budget is. Not going to bother with this store.

Great delivery, I was notified by text & phone about my delivery times, both delivery guys very pleasant & considerate of my property.
