Jack the salesperson who served us was lovely. He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. It was a very nice experience going in to the Chester store. The lads that delivered the sofas (Michael and Steven )were lovely also. Polite, friendly and very professional. And my sofas look fab. Thank you all.

The showroom was very well laid out - although the sales team were visible they weren't intrusive.

My sales adviser didn't carry out any 'hard' sales techniques and let me take my time with my decision. He went through options available on the style of furniture chosen and delivery timescales.

Once I had made my decision the purchase process was clear, friendly and straight forward - I was advised clearly on purchasing options available but ultimately chose to make one single payment and receipt was received directly to my email negating the issue of reams of paperwork to keep track of at home.

All in all Tristan was professional and friendly and made the purchase of my new furniture an enjoyable experience - looking forward to the delivery now :0)

What made Poltronesofà stand out compared to the other sofa companies is that it felt friendly and helpful rather than a sales pitch straight away. Max at the Chester store was very welcoming and knowledgeable and understood it is a big decision and needs to right. We were very thankful of his help and we would r see turn in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service told us about the different quality of suites demonstrated the suite that we purchased, explained about the quality of the material we choose the working of the suite , that we could just have a normal sofa and a recliner chair, about the sale and the free delivery for the bank holiday. Can’t wait to have the suite in November.

The sofa is lovely and really suits our lounge. My only grumble is that the seat cushions are only single sided and I feel will be prone to wear as they cannot be turned. I have asked the company if anything can be done but received no reply

From the assistance in store, the delivery update notifications to the delivery and assembly of the sofa itself, Poltronesofa have been amazing. The sofa is such good quality, we couldn’t be happier.

Quality of product and knowledge of sales person

Spent a small fortune on 2 sofas - with recliners. 2 years later the stitching has gone on one of the cushion joins. Called into store and they told me to claim on the insurance (that we paid extra for). We did so and they declined the claim saying it was a manufacturing fault. I now have to pay SCS £75 for them to come and repair THEIR faulty stitching.... they should be built to last more than 2 years - especially the price we paid for it. Dont bother buying from them. Aftercare shocking and costs you more to repair their mistakes.

Warm welcome from all the staff we encountered and knowledgeable information. Beautiful suites but I had already decided which one I wanted as I’d looked on line. Bit gutted that I paid over £100 delivery then 5 days later saw an advert stating free delivery 😫

Haven't taken delivery yet but the customer service was exemplary, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The stock was far more appealing than other nearby outlets with good variety and range of styles. Tristan is a credit to the industry!

We visited the store at Chester Greyhound Retail Park. From start to finish we had an incredible experience with Tristan. He was Welcoming, informative and very patient with all my measurements, colours etc. I would like to add he is a credit to the company, very likeable was able to answer all our questions and we even got coffee 😊

Haven’t received sofa yet but was giving quote and went ahead invoice came through to late to change anything also once did realised all extras were not free but added on so was wrongly advised to up cost hopefully sofa is right when I receive it
