Visited store, offered help by Toni but not put under any pressure. Once we had selected two asked Toni for help with measurements. Went back next day and made purchase.

Company were really helpful and pro-active when we needed to re-arrange the delivery day.
On the day of delivery, all went really well. The Delivery Team were really professional and friendly, explaining all the working etc.

From the moment of walking in through doors,we felt at ease,no pressure from salesmen but they said they were there when we needed them.We then approached Toni, who just put us totally at ease,explaining everything,all different fabrics and leather and colours,with her help we purchased a sofa,doing paperwork was very easy or Toni made it seem easy.Thank you very much but a special big thank you for Toni

Josh and Joshua are a credit to your company and were very informative and took no time to put the sofa together.

Popped into the Bristol Cribbs shop to find something for an awkward space, had all the family including my two toddlers.

Parents will know couch shopping with two excitable boys is a mission but the chap I dealt with was patient, kind and understanding of the distraction.

We did find what we needed, had to do a me sesson and then a wife session as we took turns keeping the kids entertained whilst our needs were patiently met.

Looks a bit posh when you go in but the staff were well trained, understanding and made the most of our visit.

Very happy, just great and would deffinately go back in the future.

Excellent very friendly and quick

We happened to walk into the store in Bristol just as they were changing over from SCS and the staff were amazing gave us a bag and free tape measure which was useful no pressure in fact bent over backwards to help up. We chose our sofa and ordered them less than two months and on time from delivery estimate they were delivered on a Saturday morning by two guys who again were amazing really helpful and made the whole experience super easy totally recommend these people and the sofas are very comfortable and well made too awesome

Delivery service first class. Staff in the store were extremely knowledgeable and assisted us greatly in making our choice of sofas. Delivery was made on time and we could not be happier with our purchase. Excellent company!

Very inviting store, the layout is exceptional. Lots of space and great selection of sofas and chairs, beautifully displayed. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and happy to invite us to try as many as we would like. My husband and I were given great advice and left to made a decision in our own time. We've made a choice and are excited to be receiving our new sofa in a few weeks.

Great welcome. Lowrie was very thorough in helping us through the options and even measuring up which made us realise we couldn’t have what we originally thought. Even offered us a coffee. We went to other shops but service was nothing like this do came back and placed order.

Was very happy with delivery which we could track and arrived at expected time the two delivery me were very polite and friendly they put sofa exactly where we wanted it would highly recommend SCS
