Very polite and turned up when they said (all be it very early).

Was greeted in a friendly way and left us to browse on our own. When we were ready the salesperson was very friendly and professional and pointed out all the options we could have.

Very attentive and informative staff, lots of choice.

Waited 5 months and got woke up at 6 am on a Saturday morning, sofa got delivered at 7.30,my opinion it was assembled very quickly and 1 day late the 3 seater came apart..so now left with trying to re assemble,it is a heavy sofa and I am disabled.. but happy with the rest of it.

Issues from the start caused by the salesman that served us both as we both placed orders for sofas , firstly he placed the wrong colour on one sofa which we were able to correct the following day , I was told it would run on a battery pack as there’s no socket on the wall the side of the room the sofa is going and was even told to get one from Amazon as they no longer sell them WRONG! it doesn’t so I now have to pay to get an extra socket fitted , so am unable to use the media and recliners without having an extension lead across my room , having given measurements the salesman assured us that our chosen sofas come apart so this would not be an issue with them fitting them in, WRONG! They don’t come apart , I was lucky as I have an extra tall doorway ( which I was unaware of ) so mine fitted , unfortunately my daughters didn’t fit , the delivery crew for both of us were lovey kept us both informed of the delivery progress and arrived in time, extremely helpful polite men, they really did try to get my daughters sofas in but there was no way to do it, so her order had to be returned , we then went back to the shop informed them of the situation unfortunately the salesman’s who severed us was not there , but the staff who did were polite and understanding and tried to sort the situation, but the only solution they had was for the sofa to be dismantled at a cost to my daughter of a further £250.00 ! Absolutely disgusting fee! We ordered the sofas on the advice of the salesman who got it wrong and she has to pick up the cost, on top of the amount she has already paid , she is awaiting re delivery this week so hopefully she will not have any further issues , I must say the sofas themselves are stunning and should be for the price paid ! But to charge extra for the salesman mistake is disgraceful! Be warned check check and check again that their information is correct, SCS you really do need to retrain or get rid of some of ur staff

We were welcomed by Aziz and he talked us through the process of purchasing our three piece suite. He showed us different designs and fabrics and helped us choose the furniture that we were looking for.
Aziz was very professional and knowledgeable and gave us a cup of coffee which was very nice.
We placed our order and are now looking forward to receiving our new three piece.
The service was excellent.

The sales guy was brilliant not in your face as soon as you walked through the door. Explained everything how the company worked etc. Really good experience hopefully the goods and delivery will be the same

“The Italian Touch”
We were impressed with our welcome to the store by Aziz but he preferred Az. We were then offered a coffee and accepted and then began to look. The store is very impressive and the wonderful aroma/scent was magnificent throughout. Az was very explicit in his descriptions about the manufacture of the products and the vast range of fabrics, leathers and colours. After discussions and sampling the goods we finally settled for the “OSSETT”the electric recliner 3 seater in the Macademia, dark beige in leather. So all in all we left very happy and hope to receive delivery in July 2026.

Callum was extremely helpful, however wasn’t pushy. Allowed us to browse at our own pace but was very informative.

Knowledgable, helpful & friendly staff member, who gave good advice but didn’t make us feel obligated to buy anything. I’m not certain but I think his name was As, we visited the Kingsway store.

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Anthony was very good and I would leave him an excellent review.
The only complaint I would have is the price went up as soon as I said that I would buy the sofa! When I was looking it was 1600 and you could pay 100 a month for sixteen months. But when I went to buy the sofa it was 2232 pounds! If the extra was for the insurance then they should have said and made it clear at the start. It was a bit awkward.
