Easy to order in the store. Slightly later delivery date than estimated but all worked in the end. Delivery team excellent and kept me updated on their arrival time. Took care to install the furniture and make sure we were happy.

From the time we visited our local store and placing the order, the customer service received from Joe and Ollie was outstanding.

After a 3.5 months wait, we received our order and the delivery guys Kyle and Martel were very polite and assembled our sofas in no time. These guys are definitely a credit to ScS as are Joe and Ollie in store. Thank you all

Marvin and Precious were extremely efficient and polite. They arrived on time after us following the tracker ( which was extremely useful).
They soon had our 2 sofa's inside the house and explained how to use the recliners.
Delivery was definitely 5 star and would recommend the company to others.

Start to finish, and everything will as amazing service. The sales assistant Jag was incredible, we even went back to him after our first visit to buy the sofa as he was great, knew what we wanted and cared for what would be best for our family. Updates for the delivery were very accurate. The guys delivering the sofa were amazing! Very quick and polite. In love with our new sofa. Only arrived yesterday but it is very comfortable, definitely worth the 12 week wait!

Me and my partner have had a great experience with SCS from start to finish. We were assisted by Anita in the Fosse Park store who really listened to what we were looking for and gave advice without being pushy. Our sofa was then ready 2 weeks earlier than expected which was a bonus! Delivery from Tom and Paul was friendly and efficient. We are really pleased with our sofa! I will definitely be recommending SCS to everyone!

Leicester Fosse Park store , what a refreshing change , we visited 6 stores in the search for our sofa , in 5 we were hassled,in SCS we made it clear we didn’t want hassling however we did need a bit of help, a young man called Jason approached us told us he was around if we needed him then left, when we then approached him he was honest ( loved that ) clear and helpful ! Another thing we loved was a lot of the sofas are beautiful whilst still being functional we have 2 dogs and 3 kids of various ages we didn’t need a showpiece we needed comfort , durability and style but mostly functionality and we got all of that and more !
I can’t recommend this place enough if what you want is a hassle free shop with a bit of honesty thrown in 😁

Ordered a sofa from scs back in February, the sofa took longer than quoted, we finally received the sofa but no cushions ! We received them today after numerous very long wait phone calls & guess what ? Our sofa is cream & so should the cushions be ! But they arrived in grey ! Would never buy from them again. Customer service is dreadful.

We couldn't fault any aspect of the service we received in store at Leicester Fosse Park, where the staff we dealt with were extremely friendly, polite, professional & knowledgeable. After sales care with the customer service team booking in the delivery and making the final payments was easy, and the delivery and installation on the day of arrival was equally as positive. Would definitely consider using SCS again and would recommend to anyone to give them a try.

Both delivery men were really friendly and was very careful with our new sofa, they were quick to set up and tested everything out before leaving. Really lovely men!

I ordered this back in January and waited for 16 weeks for it to be made and then delivered it should of come on the 28th May but scs rescheduled it for the 5th June which was a bit of a disappointment , as i gave my old one away but that was my doing. So luckily I was off work that day , the guys who delivered my sofa were great very pleasant and polite and so pleased to have my sofa now . I was offered the cleaning kit when I ordered the sofa but on the delivery note it wasn't on it but the guys gave me it anyway . So well done to them would definitely recommend them to deliver my next sofa .

An absolute disgrace and that's being generous! Ordered 4th January, promised a March delivery. Feb 28th recieved new order as there was an issue. No explanation or contact and they changed delivery to May. When sofa arrived (we ordered a 4 seater) they tried to deliver a 7 seater 5m long monstrosity! Now I'm fighting to get my money back head office tells us is stores responsibility but store tells us it's head office.

Meanwhile we have no sofa and no money. Avoid!

STILL GETTING NO WHERE WITH THIS SHOCKING COMPANY! I was told to take a screen shot of my review then email along side my order number … no response! After calling the complaints department I’m still being fobbed off ! Absolutely joke! PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY ! Especially the Fosse park store !! 😡😡😡😡😡
