Delivered ahead of time. The delivery team were very efficient and helpful. They explained how everything went together in case we needed to take them at a later date. Would use this firm again.

Fantastic service from the delivery team including emailed and text schedule the day prior to delivery and on the day updates from the two Ronnie's delivering the goods and when they arrived did an amazing job so thank you.

I went to the metro centre store and the staff were lovely. No pressure. I had 3 i couldn't decide from so they let me sit a bit on them till I went back and forth between them.they then showed me material swatches..my new sofa come and I love it..so comfy..delivery men were friendly and took all packaging ect away..really good experience

We walked to Gateshead store and what a lovely experience from start to finish, tricia was absolutely amazing, nothing was a bother to her help us in and out of the lift and took time to listen to our budget and our needs

The staff were very knowledgeable on the sofa ranges in store and allowing me time to browse the showroom, answering any questions or queries I had on a particular sofa which I ended up ordering ! Thank you to Lee (store manager) and Josh (sales advisor) who dealt with my order.

This is the first time I have used Poltronesofa and the staff at the Metro Centre, Gateshead were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The stock scope was varied and extensive with flexible options. The only diappointment was the extended leadtime for manufacture and delivery, however if a quality product results, then I can live with it. Based upon my initial experience, I would be happy to recommend them.

Delivery was on time, and the guys were so helpful as they struggled to get it through the back door, but after taking the door off all was well, top class service from these guys

Waited a long time for my sofas , which is fine , but would have liked a fabric sample in order to coordinate paint and fabric accessories prior to delivery.
Very pleased with the sofas and they were delivered earlier than the time slot given . Delivery was done quickly and efficiently.

greeted by staff on entry went out of thier way to show us chairs in our budget. Loaded the chair into the car as we took it away. When we got home we saw the mains cable was damaged, went to a different branch who refused to help went back to Metrocentre branch and received a replacement cable. the chair did not have any instructions with it but an internet search found an app with full instructions which were easy to follow. I would reccommend the Metrocentre branch to others, friendly, knowledgeable staff, bright clean store.
