Great service and delivery!

Great experience with the help of Yvette in the Lady Bay Retail store. After several visits and lots of questions about the type of sofa, material and colour we managed to decide on what best suited our needs, Yvette was very patient and knowledgable and took time to discuss the insurance coverage too.

Purchased our new sofa today. We had 2 excellent staff members, Aaron and Conor. There was no pushiness or pressure. It felt like we were talking to friends. We can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive in April. A little sad we wont have a reason to come back and see Aaron and Connor but I’m sure we will find another reason!

Arrived spot on the estimated time. We’re happy for a neighbour to let them in on our behalf, and assembled in the room. Very polite on the phone. Lovely service all round. Delivered weeks before we thought it would be and in time for Christmas!! Lovely sofa for us all to enjoy. Really great staff at the outlet store, especially Glen who was so helpful.

We had an excellent experience thanks to Tim! We came in looking for a new sofa, and he truly went above and beyond to help us make the right choice. Not only was he knowledgeable and friendly, but he also took the extra step of rearranging the showroom—literally moving and repositioning the sofas so we could compare how each one would look. That level of effort made a huge difference and helped us feel confident in our decision.

We walked round with no sales pressure
When we did ask about a settee Glenn was more than helpful checking to see if we could order 2 of the same settee.
He guided us upstairs where there was more choice and he wasn’t wrong. We ended up with a 3 seater and a 2 seater which we liked but was unsure whether it would go through the front door.
Glenn explained that the backs are clipped in and took them off for us to show the difference when they were off. We did end up buying these and even then Glenn was more than polite and courteous.
