Great experience whilst shopping for a sofa
Went with my wife to look for a new sofa. We spoke to Glenn who was very professional and explained the options to us really well. Very helpful and not pushy at all. Would recommend. Looking forward to receiving our new suite very soon.

Excellent service & delivery
Your two delivery personnel (Nate & Todd) are a credit to your company. From when they arrived to when they left excellent service. The only downside was delivery was a month after the estimated delivery date but was worth the wait.

Terrible delivery service
Well, where do I start!
To say I paid £99 delivery, to which I was told would include placing in the room of my choice, being put together and all the packaging taken away. I was only lucky with it being put in my garage, as according to them, they were not allowed to take it through the door, as they said it wouldn't fit. I did all the measurements of it before we placed the order, so I knew it would fit. They just kept saying we are not allowed to do that or we cannot do that. So after saying that I would unpack it, whilst recording it to show that there were no discrepancies, take the cushions off & then for them to take it through the door, but no they still kept saying they couldn't do that! So I suggested placing the sofas on the ends (arms) & tilt it for them to go through to which they said they can't do that either! Even though I had already seen them take it out their lorry & drop it down on the ends (arms).
So how do they manage to deliver to people who live in flats & they have to put the sofas in lifts on their end (arms)
So what can they actually do when delivering these sofas, as people like myself are paying for a service to which we are not getting!
So when the so called delivery men left me & my sofas still in the garage, I was fuming as that left me with just under £3000 of leather sofas to move myself as such. My son came home from working a 12 hour night shift & helped me move them into our house without any problems and asked what did we actually pay for as we certainly didn't get the full service.
Yes I accept it was brought to my garage from the distribution centre which a diesel charge would be acceptable to pay, but a payment of at least three quarters should be refunded back to myself as it wasn't put where I wanted it & I have had to dispose of all the packaging myself.

The wait time for the delivery is…
The wait time for the delivery is longer than what I have been told when I purchased the sofa. It still hasn't been delivered and when I went into the shop and asked for more details, I kept getting delayed with little explanation. The information should be more accurate instead of just saying it will arrive between certain dates and then getting delayed.

As the furniture is made to order we would initially provide an estimated arrival date to our Distribution Centre. I can see that we initially had an estimate for 29/11/24 but this can change by 4 weeks either side.
As the dates can change we will contact you once ready for delivery with the first available delivery date.
At the moment your order is estimating to arrive around 16/12/24.

We received an excellent service from SCS at Ladybay Retail Park in Nottingham. Pamela was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy. There was no hard sell and we were given plenty of time to make our choice.

Called into out Nottingham shop on the spur of the moment and the salesman in there took all the time we needed to look at quite a few different sofas and discuss our options. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase. We settled on one and placed an order which was very easy to complete. quick delivery date quoted and delivered on.
The delivery guys Anthony and Sean were fantastic on the day, disembled the sofa to get it through the front door and reassembled in when in. They took all the packaging away too which was a bonus. Very very good company to deal with with some fantastic staff in the right roles. Would highly recommend.

From buying to delivery everything was done so professionally.
