Brilliant Service
Brilliant service from start to finish even with issues. Bought an ex display model initially and needed the foams replacing after 6 months. Foam went again shortly after along with the lumbar support area so we chose another sofa as a replacement. I honestly can't fault the customer service given at any point. They have been brilliant in sorting us out and hopefully our new sofa is right for us. Excellent delivery service with plenty communication and tracking.

The lads were lovely, worked well together and made the whole experience stress free for my 81 year old mother. They even took the plastic wrappers off in a way I could use them again to wrap the old sofas up for the council to collect. Thank you 😊

The saleslady was extremely helpful,and knowledgeable. I am disabled and she assisted me with the stairs, offerred good advice about appropriate seating for my needs and didn't try to force us to buy.
